Al entrar al apartamento nos encontramos con una cocina moderna, abierta al salón y totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario. El salón es la estancia que se encuentra a continuación y tiene tres ventanas exteriores a la calle Chapineros, y un sofá-cama doble de 1,40 x 1,90, dando capacidad al apartamento de hasta 4 personas.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:

Emplacement idéal, rue tranquille. Bel immeuble. Appartement très fonctionnel et calme. Très bien équipé (lessive, étendoir à linge, machine à laver, sacs poubelles, dosettes café, sèche cheveux, vinaigrette, savon…). Beaucoup de linge de toilette. Superbe vue. Climatisation silencieuse et opérationnelle. Décoration très jolie.
Il manquait un peu de pression d’eau dans la douche et dans les robinets. Absence de stationnement mais cela était précisé dans l’annonce. Parking le plus proche : Plaza nueva. Compter environ 22€ pour la journée mais si vous laissez la voiture la nuit, vous passez au delà de 35€ les 24h.

Appartamento accogliente, confortevole e bellissimo ! Vetrate stupende. Nonostante fosse un appartamento visto che siamo stati sei giorni sono venuti anche a pulire e a riordinare tutto. Personale tutto molto disponibile . Posizione ottima , in due minuti arrivi alla cattedrale e siamo arrivati a piedi ovunque con un bimbo di sette mesi.
Se devo trovare proprio una pecca è un po’ il rumore in strada ma data la posizione e la comodità ci si passa assolutamente sopra, quindi non cambia il giudizio assolutamente positivo .

El departamento estaba impecable, bien ubicado y Carlos que nos recibió fue súper amable. Tienen la delicadeza de dejar algunos elementos básicos para el primer día: cafe, aceito y aceto, etc
Nos insistieron mucho para saber a qué hora llegábamos y hay recargo de 30 euros si llegas después de las 21 hs. Nuestro tren se atraso y nos pusimos nerviosas. Creo que deben buscar un método más amable para combinar la hora y la entrega de llaves. La salida fue ok

Excelente ubicación, está cerca de todos los sitios de interés, el piso estaba muy limpio, nuevo y muy chulo. Estábamos a gusto.
Le seul défaut serait la difficulté à manger à 4 personnes. L´appartement est classé 2 à 4 personnes mais nous disposions que de 2 tabourets pour manger sur l´îlot de la cuisine et 2 fauteuils pour la table basse. Peut-être serait-il judicieux de prévoir 2 tabourets hauts pliants en plus et tout serait parfait ☝️Si vous chercher un appartement pour 2 personnes, cet appartement sera un excellent choix rapport qualité/prix.

The location is perfectly centered and in a great part of town. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped and there´s a few close grocery stores nearby. The host was very welcoming and gave us a map with some recommendations for food and overall it was just a great visit. Nicely renovated. Excellent location
it was a 1 bedroom and we paid for a 2 bedroom. It was very, very small.

Fantastic property location, very central to sites we wanted to see and many good options. Walking around was easy. Miriam was also very helpful when there was an issue with sink plumbing.
Adding some seating options for guests to enjoy the rooftop and view would be a good idea.

Ea todo nuevo , cómodo, linda decoración , ventanas a la calle , dos baños , es muy agradable estar ahí . Llegamos antes del horario del check in y no tuvimos problema para entrar . Muy amable la señorita que nos recibió. La ubicación es excelente

The location was stupendous!! The flat was clean and had all the facilities including an iron and a dishwasher.
The sofa bed made a bit of noise. Also, since we are not used to induction hobs, it took us some time to make it work after consulting You Tube. We should have asked about it.

Appartement moderne très lumineux, propre et très bien situé. Conforme aux photos.
Un peu juste pour 4 personnes ( il n’y a que 2 places à table). Appartement mal insonorisé par rapport au bruit de la rue (nettoyage de la rue chaque nuit vers 4h du matin peu réveiller les plus sensibles)
