Este precioso ático tipo dúplex se encuentra en la tercera planta de un edificio clásico situado en una de las mejores zonas de Sevilla.
Al entrar al apartamento nos encontramos con una cocina moderna, abierta al salón y totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario. El salón es la estancia que se encuentra a continuación y tiene tres ventanas exteriores a la calle Chapineros, y un sofá-cama doble de 1,40 x 1,90, dando capacidad al apartamento de hasta 4 personas.
En este alojamiento se realizan servicios propios de la hostelería, concretamente:
• Limpieza de repaso y cambio de ropa de cama, toallas etc., de forma periódica, una por cada 6 noches de estancia (siempre para estancias superiores a 6 noches).
*Siempre que aparezca en su Confirmación de Reserva incluida en el precio, de lo contrario, tendría precio a parte.
*Posibilidad Limpieza periódica diaria, con precio a parte, a 12€/hora + IVA (mínimo 2 horas).
• Servicio de recepción y custodia de equipajes. Consultar.
• Servicio de Reserva de Transfer Privado (Aeropuerto o Estación). Consultar.
• Servicio de Reserva en algunos parkings públicos. Consultar.
• Servicios de restauración: desayunos, comidas o cenas en el apartamento. Consultar.

The pull out sofa is unfortunately useless for sleeping, it hangs through and squeaks with every movement and it is extremely uncomfortable to sleep. Unfortunately, there is also no storage space for 4 people.

It will be a bit noisy during the night (they clean the streets during the night). bring earplugs if you can. This is the price to pay to be in the heart of sevilla

Excelente ubicación, está cerca de todos los sitios de interés, el piso estaba muy limpio, nuevo y muy chulo. Estábamos a gusto.
Le seul défaut serait la difficulté à manger à 4 personnes. L´appartement est classé 2 à 4 personnes mais nous disposions que de 2 tabourets pour manger sur l´îlot de la cuisine et 2 fauteuils pour la table basse. Peut-être serait-il judicieux de prévoir 2 tabourets hauts pliants en plus et tout serait parfait ☝️Si vous chercher un appartement pour 2 personnes, cet appartement sera un excellent choix rapport qualité/prix.

The location is perfectly centered and in a great part of town. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped and there´s a few close grocery stores nearby. The host was very welcoming and gave us a map with some recommendations for food and overall it was just a great visit. Oh also they have a roof terrace that is nice for relaxing in the evenings and has a decent view

Fantastic property location, very central to sites we wanted to see and many good options. Walking around was easy. Miriam was also very helpful when there was an issue with sink plumbing.
Adding some seating options for guests to enjoy the rooftop and view would be a good idea.

The location was stupendous!! The flat was clean and had all the facilities including an iron and a dishwasher.
The sofa bed made a bit of noise. Also, since we are not used to induction hobs, it took us some time to make it work after consulting You Tube. We should have asked about it.

Un peu juste pour 4 personnes ( il n’y a que 2 places à table). Appartement mal insonorisé par rapport au bruit de la rue (nettoyage de la rue chaque nuit vers 4h du matin peu réveiller les plus sensibles)
