Esta magnífica casa de 4 dormitorios y 235m² se encuentra situada en un edificio histórico que ha sido completamente reformado, pero manteniendo la estética de una casa tradicional sevillana, con techos altos y vigas de madera.
Al acceder a la casa encontramos un recibidor y unas escaleras por la que subimos a la primera planta, donde encontramos un salón que sirve de distribuidor de 3 de las 4 habitaciones. El dormitorio principal tiene 2 camas individuales, vestidor y un amplio baño en suite con ducha, al que podemos acceder desde el dormitorio o desde el salón. Esta habitación cuenta con balcón con vistas a la Calle Gravina. Las otras dos habitaciones cuentan también con dos camas individuales, además de balcones con vistas a la Plaza Puerta Real, en plena calle Alfonso XII, una de las arterias del centro de Sevilla.

With regard to shops, although it is true that in Spain few shops are open on Sundays as it is a day of rest, you will find supermarkets such as the Carrefour Express in Calle Sauceda, a 6 minute walk from the flat.
Regarding the parking situation, please understand that our central location in the heart of the city can make impossible have a parking place in the building because some of the street are pedestrian, and it also make that find parking could be a challenge. We appreciate your understanding of the difficulties you may have encountered in this regard, and our staff is always available to offer you the information that you are going to need for parking place to do your stay more comfortable.

Really nice decor and indoor and outdoor space. Location worked well.
The kitchen was limited in providing basic common ingredients like spices salt pepper oil vinegar flour sugar.

Idéalement situé à 20 mn a pied de la Cathédrale, à 5mn du terminus de la liaison avec l´aéroport et d´un supermarché. Nous avons tout visité à pied Bien équipé en vaisselle Accueil agréable avec conseil pour de bonnes adresses
Dommage que quelques équipements n´étaient pas au top. Pas de piles dans certaines télécommandes de climatisation, La table du patio est trop petite. A notre arrivée, le chauffage fonctionnait alors qu´il faisait 37°.

Very easy communication with host, awesome location and super spacious living rooms which were great for our family reunion. The house had everything we needed.
We were a group of 8 (4 couples). Upstairs bedroom was a bit small for two people. One of the bedrooms downstairs didn´t have air conditioning, so we had to open the door that communicated that room with the ensuite room which wasn´t ideal..! A fan might have helped.
