Lovely, well-equipped apartment in a fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Fantastic house. The location is central to everything in Seville. The team was very helpful and communication was easy. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of space for everyone. My only recommendation is to offer a second set of keys. With 5 adults (2 parents and 3 young adults) there were times when we wanted to explore and go to different things and we couldn’t because there was only one set of keys.

This was a great apartment for our family of grandparents and our son and his family, including three small children. The hosts were extremely responsive to our questions and concerns, and it was an easy walk to restaurants, to the most important sights of Seville, and to supermarkets. I confess I had not focused on the fact that "washer" did not include a dryer, and drying clothes in the chilly weather was not easy

Great location in heart of the historic city. Enjoyed our stay throughly, lots of great places to eat and drink. Wonderful Flamenco shows in walking distance. Fell in love with Seville 🙂

Siamo stati in questo appartamento in 6, tre coppie. 3 camere e 3 bagni era tutto ciò che cercavamo. La casa era pulita, ma probabilmente sarebbe stato meglio se ci avessero dato qualche asciugamano in più. In uno dei bagni mancava lo scopettone, nulla di irrisolvibile insomma. Molto gradito il fatto di aver trovato del caffè e la moka. La cosa in assoluto migliore però è la posizione. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale. Ma vicinissima a tante altre attrazioni della città. Inoltre uscendo di casa si trovano moltissimi bar e ristoranti. Nonostante questo la vi della casa è appena ritirata quindi non si sentono rumori che disturbino il sonno.

We really enjoyed staying at Pablo´s beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. Firstly, the location couldn´t have been better. Very close to restaurants in the historic district of Santa Cruz, but amazingly quiet and not as busy. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a small kitchen, a little indoor patio and a large french door to the outside. Other than the french door, there are no other outside windows. This was not a problem because there is light from two indoor patios. There is a washer that was very much appreciated. Communication was very easy with "Pablo" (it´s actually a company that manages the property); they were responsive and gave lots of suggestions for restaurants, etc. Be careful not to leave your keys in lock on the inside of the door as you can not unlock the door from the outside.

Totalement rénové récemment , l’appartement est très bien situé, spacieux et propose une décoration soignée et contemporaine. En revanche, sa configuration en RDC et son exposition présentent à notre avis et malgré les deux puits de lumière, les désavantages de chambres sans ouverture sur l’extérieur de l’immeuble ( aération naturelle limitée) et donc une certaine humidité de l’air. Par ailleurs, le salon qui est la seule pièce ouvrant sur l’extérieur ne donne pas sur un jardin comme pourraient le suggérer les photos (il s’agit du jardin de la place Santa Cruz visible depuis le salon) mais sur des barreaux. Nous avons été gênés par cette sensation d’appartement « bocal » et aurions apprécié d’avoir plus d’informations à ce sujet avant de faire notre choix.

A fantastic apartment for a large family or 3 couples in the “Old Town” very close to Seville Cathedral, The Real Alcazar And Plaza de Espana. Restaurants, Tapas bars on your street, it’s just easy! Great communication and easy check in. Would highly recommend.

Great location on the edge of Barrio Santa Cruz! A full bath for each of the three bedrooms worked well for our group. I recommended to Pablo that improvements be made regarding fire escape for the unit. It´s in a renovated historic building and egress in case if an emergency could be problematic.

Beautiful apartment. Excellent beds. Each room has a bathroom either en suite or next to bedroom. Perfect location for walking around center of town. Great Flamenco show right across from apt. Clean and quiet building.

Très bon emplacement à 2 pas de la Cathédrale. On ne peut pas y arriver directement en voiture, néammoins on peut s´y approcher au maximum car il y a une petite place juste à côté, donc il y a a peine 50m à pied à faire. Très bon accueil effectué par une jeune fille agréable, qui nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Appartement en rez de chaussée, pratique. Cuisine bien équipée, appartement propre. Par contre, on voit clairement que l´appartement a été fait uniquement pour du meublé : les photos publiées sont très bien prises, mais quand on arrive, tout est beaucoup plus petits, et surtout : il n´y a aucune vrai fenêtre dans aucune des 3 chambres !! Ca fait très bizarre de ne pas pouvoir aérer réellement, c´est le seul défaut de l´appart. Petites salles de bain avec toilettes pour chaque chambre : très pratique aussi. Néammoins, les robinetteries ne sont pas terribles...

L´appartement C au RDC a un problème d´odeur lié au siphon de sol des petits terrassons c´est franchement pas agréable et une des salles de bains n´a pas de ventilation

Pros: great location in charming Santa Cruz, short walk to all major sites. We loved the narrow, crisscrossing streets in this neighborhood. The apartment is roomy. Three bedrooms with queen beds in 2 rooms and king in 3rd room. Three full bathrooms! The bedrooms all have blackout shades. Even though the little plaza is pretty busy, inside the apartment it was very quiet. We were 2 couples and 1 toddler. This apartment worked great for us. Management was responsive to our additional requests for paper towels and kitchen towels. We had asked for a crib to be set up, it wasn’t done at check in, but housekeeping came and set it up for us. Cons: check in was bumpy. This apartment is managed by a company. They called and texted me several times, wanting to know exactly when we would arrive. I texted them 30 minutes before our arrival, as they requested, but when we arrived at the apartment, no one was there to greet us and let us in. We waited 20 minutes for someone to meet us with keys. WiFi is public and not password protected. No matter how many nights you stay, you will get 2 thin bath towels and 2 thin hand towels per bedroom. No extra towels in the closets. Description says the apartment is new and luxurious. It is neither. It’s a little worn around the edges and wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, dust in corners of the floors, stain on bedspread. Overall, this apartment worked for us. We had some very specific needs —3 actual bedrooms with 4 walls and a door. At least 2 full bathrooms, quiet at night, a crib, and a good location. This apartment had all these and we would stay here again.

Prachtig ruim, schoon en modern appartement met 3 slaapkamers en elk een eigen badkamer. Gelegen aan een heel klein pleintje dicht bij veel gezellige restaurantjes en bezienswaardigheden. Het is echt een aanrader!
Eigenlijk helemaal niks. Als ik toch wat moet zoeken...de tv was kapot gegaan bij de vorige huurders en die hebben ze die niet vervangen. En er is geen plaats in de buurt om je auto te parkeren.

Beautiful apartment. Very spacious. Beds comfortable. Great air conditioning in all rooms including bedrooms. Comfy large sofa. The outside space opens with a key and you have space for a couple of chairs to overlook plaza Santa Cruz which I enjoyed doing late afternoon. Location is wonderful. Quiet street and in the heart of Santa Cruz. Shops, restaurants and bars all around. We loved our stay and would stay again in this apartment or one of Pablo’s others. Great experience!

The downstairs apartment is very tastefully furnished, elegant, all high quality, even better than on the photos. It was cold when we stayed there, so we were happy with the heating that worked perfectly (which is not common for Spanish houses). And through the glass doors you look out on plaza Santa Cruz, beautiful and pittoresque. The host was kind, helpful and stand by. Great stay!

Faultless. What a wonderful apartment! Communication was quick and clear, check in was simple and there was even a delicious box of pastries in the fridge waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is gorgeous, spacious and spotless. Beds were so comfy! Location was perfect just off a lovely square and so close to the centre. Also thank you so much for the restaurant recommendations. Want to go back and not got home yet!

Lage super, geräumig, aber nicht was es verspricht
+ Mit dem Vermieter waren wir telefonisch in Verbindung, wodurch wir schon erwartet wurden. Die Wohnung ist mit ihren 3 Zimmern und Bädern sehr geräumig. Es wurde auch immer nachgefragt, ob wir was benötigen. Die Lage ist super, da man wirklich sehr schnell zu Fuß bei den Hotspots ist. Vom Vermieter wurde ein Platz in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage organisiert, ist aber sehr weit von der Unterkunft entfernt.
- Eine Terrasse entpuppte sich als 1,5 x 1,5 großer mit Glas umgebener Lichtschacht, die zweite Terrasse war ebenfalls ein Lichtschacht, aber überdacht und die dritte Terrasse (winzigst), die im Freien war, konnte nicht genützt werden, da sie mit einem Eisengitter versperrt war, welches sich nicht öffnen ließ (Schlüssel gab es schon). Nur diese Tür bracht Frischluft, alle anderen Fenster waren entweder in den Gang schauend, oder in die Wohnung.

Everything about this property was beyond fabulous, from Lola who helped us with the check-process, to Fatima who continued to check on us ( via Whatsapp) throughout our stay and offered to help us with any question or need, to the property´s unbeatable location and modern amenities, everything was 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone who wants to visit Seville. It´s located in the heart of the touristic area and is literally a few minutes walk from the main attractions. the neighborhood is super safe and the apartments are modern, secured, roomy, and very clean. Absolutely fantastic location, near to lots of little shops, restaurants and bars, a very short walk to the cathedral and many other famous places in Seville are also in walking distance. We saw an incredible flamenco show which is in the same small square as the apartment! The five of us had a lovely stay, the apartment is stylish and comfortable, there were three bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for a great stay!

Very beautiful home and super well located. You are minutes away from most attractions. But you will certainly get lost in the tiny streets of Santa Cruz, which is definitely a good thing. Lots of restaurants, bars, green areas around the apartment.

Apartment is in a beautifully renovated historic building. Modern, clean and very stylish. Location is close to everything we wanted to see in Sevilla. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything about the apartment was excellent. Apartments were recently renovated and very spacious.we were in a group of 12 with children and took 2 apartments and everyone was comfortable.

Pleasant surprise in the heart of the city: Location, cleanliness, comfort, perfect for our needs. Just what we wanted, perfect.

The apartment was lovely & comfortable in a wonderful location for sightseeing. The staff, especially Lola, were very helpful & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
The facilities for drying clothes & towels were not adequate in an apartment for 6 people. The balcony cannot be used as per Seville authorities´ rules about the old quarter.A washer/dryer would be a solution. We stayed for 4 nights.
