El tercer dormitorio se encuentra en la planta superior y tiene cama de matrimonio de 180 x 200 cm garantizando un descanso pleno y reparador.
El salón, espacioso y de refinada elegancia, presenta una amplia zona de descanso con dos sofás de inigualable confort, ideal para relajarse mientras disfruta de nuestra Smart TV con acceso a internet y plataformas de streaming. Este espacio también ofrece un elegante comedor para seis comensales. La cocina diáfana y equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios, ha sido diseñada para hacer de su estancia una experiencia verdaderamente placentera. El apartamento también ofrece tres baños completos, dos de ellos en suite, que aportan comodidad a su experiencia de alojamiento, sin renunciar al lujo.
Sin duda, el espacio más espectacular de todo el alojamiento es su maravillosa terraza privada equipada con una mesa de café, varios sillones, seis hamacas para tomar el sol y un espectacular jacuzzi privado donde poder relajarse y refrescarse en los días más calurosos.
El edificio añade un valor adicional con una amplia terraza común, equipada con una piscina comunitaria disponible desde el 01 de abril al 31 de octubre y solárium.
Este alojamiento se ubica en la mismísima calle Betis, lugar que abarca el encantador barrio de Triana. Su ubicación única le permite disfrutar de lo mejor de Sevilla. Cruzando el río, encontrará el centro de la ciudad, mientras que a un paso del apartamento, podrá sumergirse en el ambiente auténtico de Triana, con sus bares típicos de tapas y restaurantes famosos. En cuestión de minutos, podrá pasear por la Avenida de la Constitución, visitar la Catedral, La Giralda o el Archivo de Indias. Además, encontrará todos los servicios necesarios a escasa distancia, supermercados, tiendas de todo tipo, farmacias, etc. Este apartamento no solo ofrece un alojamiento de lujo que pocos pueden disfrutar, sino una experiencia cultural única.
