This is the best place to stay in Granada! The view of the Alhambra is unbelievable from both the living room and the terrace. The place was super clean and checking in and out was simple. I highly recommend this magical property.

The views of the Alhambra. Without that the apartment would be unremarkable, but the views are incredible.
There wasn´t any flexibility in terms of checkout. We stayed in low season and the apartment wasn´t booked out for the day of our departure yet no flexibility was provided in terms of the hour required for checkout. It is also incredibly difficult to access by car, so for travelling with family not very recommendable, a kilometre walking carrying your bags through steep inaccesible streets AND screaming kids is a bit much!!

We appreciate your highlights on the great views of our apartment which offer a memorable experience during the stay.
Regarding the checkout, we always try to be flexible with the checkout time if the apartment is not booked for the same day. In this case unfortunately we were waiting for other guests to stay in the apartment, therefore we were not able to accept your request to stay longer.
The apartment is located in Albaicín neighborhood which has many traffic restrictions, therefore our checkin team always informs our guests about the access to the area and recommend the closest parking place. We are sorry that on this occation the location did not meet your expectations.

Algo que es importante que revisen. Tienen que arreglar los radiadores que calientan la estancia, ninguno funciona Pasamos frío en la noche, no es justo que ningún turista que les está pagando duerma incómodo. La calefacción del aire acondicionado no es suficiente. Si van a poner jabón, pongan jabón, no las miniaturas que pusieron. En cuanto a las llaves , deben poner llavines que abran en cuanto se introduzca la llave, tenía que estar moviendo la llave hacia adentro y hacia afuera hasta que giraban. Recuerden que somos turistas, no tenemos ningún interés en estar pasando trabajo, venimos a relajarnos. Creo que si corrigen esos detalles, su apartamento sería de primera.

- La azotea en verano es imposible de usar por el calor durante el dia, quizás añadiría una sombrilla para la primavera. Han de revisar las luces de arriba porque por la noche no se ve bien para cenar ahi

The apartment is located at the Albaicín, the old town in Granada and of course it has narrow streets and they have stairs but it´s a part of the charm of Granada.
