Moderno y elegante apartamento de tres dormitorios y tres baños situado muy cerca del centro de la ciudad
Al entrar al apartamento, a la izquierda, encontramos un amplio salón comedor con sofá, Smart TV, mesa auxiliar, dos grandes ventanales con vistas a la avenida y una mesa de comedor con sillas con capacidad para seis comensales. En este espacio se encuentra también la cocina totalmente equipada.
A la derecha de la entrada, nos encontramos con el primer dormitorio con una cama individual de 1,10 x 1,90 m, televisión, silla, armario, baño completo en suite con ducha y un pequeño balcón que da al patio interior del edificio.
Volviendo a la entrada nos encontramos con un pasillo que distribuye las demás estancias del apartamento, siguiendo por este a la derecha encontramos un baño completo con ducha , la siguiente habitación se encuentra también a la derecha y cuenta con una cama de matrimonio de 1,35 x 1,90 m, televisión, armario, escritorio, silla y un gran ventanal que da mucha luz a esta estancia.
Al fondo del pasillo encontramos el último baño completo con ducha, a la izquierda de este, está la otra habitación de matrimonio con televisión, sillón, armario y cama de matrimonio de 1,35 x 1,90 m.
El apartamento se encuentra muy cerca del centro de Florencia, a pocos minutos caminando de la Basílica de Santa María Novella y de los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad. Además, muy cerca del apartamento nos encontramos con una parada de tranvía, cuya línea comunica con el aeropuerto y la estación de tren, haciendo que la llegada a la ciudad sea rápida y cómoda.
