A fürdőben enyhe csatornaszag érezhető, de nem zavaró. A víznyomás lehetne nagyobb. A környék nagyon frekventált, minden terasz tömve a könyéken, ennek megfelelően hangos az utca, nyitott ablaknál nagyon behallatszik a.lakásba, de a dupla nyílászáró sokat segít, úgy már nem zavaró.
Location was great. Good double glazing, so although busy it was quiet to sleep.
I don’t really have anything negative to say. If mobility is an issue some people might have found it difficult without a lift.
Excellent, central location. I chose this apartment because other reviews said it was quiet despite being close to bars and restaurants. The glazing is very effective. The place was very clean. The beds are comfortable and flat was perfect for our family of four. Staff were very helpful in allowing us to store bags.

Tutto benissimo solo tre piccole critiche costruttive, l´orario di ingresso alla struttura è molto tarde (alle 15) ma i proprietari sono stati molto carini facendoci appoggiare le valigie prima per potere girare la città, in una delle camere ci sono due letti individuali uniti ma che non sono molto comodi per una coppia, un solo specchio in tutta l´appartamento (quello del bagno).

La posizione dell´appartamento è fantastica nel pieno casino di Malaga! Ma l´appartamento è ben insonorizzato e si dorme benissimo. Sotto alla stanza ci sono una marea di locali e i parcheggi (a pagamento) sono vicinissimi. I padroni sono molto ospitali e cordiali.
Il divano letto un po´ scomodo e non c´è ascensore ma per il resto tutto ok!

On booking I was led to believe I would be collected at the airport, this was not possible. The location is very central so it was reasonable expect some noise late at night

Just to be aware of the outside noise at night. We heard lots of people partying till 7am and police sirens. I would not say this is a "dislike" or that I would not stay here again. More of something to just be prepared for, but it is worth it for the location!

Très bel appartement qui convient tout à fait à une famille de 4 personnes pour visiter Malaga. D´un point de vue des accès aux principaux points d´intérêt, l´appartement est très bien situé. L´hôte était très sympa et nous a fourni plusieurs infos utiles pour notre séjour.
Rien à voir avec l´appartement ou l´hôte mais il était impossible de dormir avant 3h du matin tellement il y avait du bruit dans les rues (tout est piétonnier et l´appartement situé à un carrefour très fréquenté), des personnes criaient, chantaient en groupe toute la nuit. Et en plus la rue est une zone où se trouvent plusieurs bandes de dealers le soir... Et après eux, les camions de nettoyage passent... C´est dommage car on ne ne pourrait plus y retourner malgré que tout ce qui concerne l´appartement en lui-même soit irréprochable.

a pesar de su ubicación a la hora de dormir se siente el jaleo de la calle
Era céntrico, los colchones de las camas eran cómodas y el apartamento estaba bien equipado. La chica que nos atendió y dio las llaves fue muy amable y puntual.
Mucho polvo y suciedad debajo de las camas, debajo del sofá cama y la alfombra. La primera impresión es buena y no da sensación de sucio pero luego fuimos viendo esos detalles. La limpieza es muy subjetiva para cada uno pero para nosotros no estaba en orden. Entendemos que al ser el edificio algo antiguo puede haber presencia de algún bicho indeseado. En nuestro caso, encontramos 3 cucarachas en el piso :(

The apartment is above bars on a busy pedestrian street so it is noisy at night ( but it was Carnival time!)
The only downside of being so central is that it was very noisy at night so we didn’t get a great nights sleep. However, we stayed on a Friday and Saturday night during a carnival so the noise levels were probably greater than usual!
Der Lage entsprechend ist man wirklich "mitten drin". Die feierfreudigen Besucher des Pubs am Gebäude sind trotz gut isolierter Fenster die ganze Nacht zu hören.

Locatie in hartje centrum. Alle bezienswaardigheden en restaurants/café´s op loopafstand. Prachtig strand lopend bereikbaar. Smaakvol en goed ingericht. Stadsrumoer gemakkelijk buiten te sluiten door ramen en luiken dicht te doen. Airco aanwezig. Mooie ´masterbedroom´ met 2e badkamer boven. Perfect appartement voor 6 volwassenen.
Slaapbank in woonkamer was niet zo comfortabel. Voor ons OK, maar er is geen receptie, dus eerder inchecken of bagage alvast droppen kan niet ten allen tijde. Wel overleg mogelijk.
El centro de Malaga se ha convertido en un parque temático, mucha gente deambulando las 24h, tiendas para turistas y poca vida auténtica...horror los grupitos de despedidas de soltero/as..!El apartamento estupendo y muy buena insonorización
The host Gema was resourceful and welcoming. She provided us restaurant recommendations and connected us with a wonderful private driver for day trips to Rhonda and Marbella. The location was in the heart of the city center and access to restaurants, shopping, sites, taxi and public transportation was within steps.
The street can be a bit loud throughout the night, but the AC unit (fan setting on medium) drowned the noise out just fine for us (and our children).
Sommigen van ons reisgezelschap hadden last van geluiden buiten. Het appartement heeft een super locatie, maar zit ook midden tussen de cafés en restaurants en daardoor hoor je ‘s nachts het uitgaanspubliek.

No facilities to store luggage. However, there is a very good luggage storage shop within walking distance.
It is a bit noisy in the mornings and late at night but the windows are great and we did not find this to be a big issue.
Really noisy until early morning. Then restaurant beneath starting putting out chairs and tables, really needed out Earplugs! Lost WiFi for 24 hours.
The place was bang in the middle of the town. The host Gema was excellent whether it was receiving us or giving us details on things to do for the next 3 days. The apartment was very nice cozy and well lit with balconies to boot.
If you desperately want me to say something then probably some more toiletries could have helped 😊
Communicatie met de eigenaar is heel erg duidelijk via whatsapp. Het appartement is in perfecte staat. Het appartement is ruim met 2 mooie slaapkamers en 4 balkonnetjes! De balkons hebben een leuk uitzicht over de drukke straat midden in het centrum van Malaga. De locatie is geweldig. In het appartment is koffie en thee aanwezig en er zijn genoeg bakkers en cafes rondom het appartement.
De woning kan nog geluidsdichter gemaakt kunnen worden tegen de drukte van de straat. Het openbare leven blijft tot laat doorgaan en dat hoor je in de nacht. Probeer dus lekker laat te eten, want na ene uur of 1 word het wel rustiger!
La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée en terme d’ustensiles (et un lave-vaisselle serait plus utile qu’un lave-linge). Cet appartement ne conviendrait pas à quelqu’un souhaitant des nuits calmes (juste au-dessus des restaurants).

La posizione dell´appartamento è favolosa: in pieno centro storico e a due passi dalla fermata dei taxi; la presenza dei bar così vivi e variegati e dei ristoranti, ma anche dei musei così ben organizzati, permette di muoversi con la massima facilità in una città colma di giovani. Le camere sono arredate con gusto; ottima la pulizia e l´angolo cottura (ben fornito). Rocio, la proprietaria, ci ha accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità.
Non si possono avanzare osservazioni negative sull´appartamento perché tutto è perfetto!

The central location of the apartment is also its biggest minus: Malaga turns into an open air bar in the evenings and the apartment is in the middle of all that ruckus. Good acoustic isolation, but still.
We could hear a little noise from the street but really not much considering it´s position in the heart of the Malaga. The front door was a little sticky to get out off. You can´t drive right up to the door (it´s about a 100m walk)
