We thought this property looked ideal when we we were searching for somewhere for a short break in Seville. As hard as it may seem to believe, the property looks even better in real life!! The property manager was very helpful, communicated clearly with us from the booking through the few days arrival and on the day of check in. I hope we are able to return to this property on another occasion, it really was terrific and made our visit to the beautiful city of Seville even more enjoyable!!

Pablo was a great host, communicative and he was offering a very centrally located but nevertheless quiet apartment. We can 100% recommend Pablo and the location for anybody wanting to explore the beautiful city of Sevilla.

It´s a very nice place, right in the centre of the beautiful Seville. Big rooms, nice bathrooms, big and well equipped kitchen. Only point is the lights cannot be really dimmed so if you spent a night at home / or want to eat in the big kitchen its quite bright lights....

This apartment boasts an extremely convenient location, just walking distance away from many eateries as well as several key sites in Seville such as the Seville Cathedral. Additionally, the apartment was spacious enough to accomodate our entire group of 8, while being cozy and intimate, allowing us to enjoy an extremely comfortable stay. Furthermore, the apartment was well-furnished and came with a fully-equipped kitchen, allowing our stay to be comfortable and convenient. An overall great experience!

Wonderful apartment. Great location - very quiet at night despite being in the heart of Sevilla. Reception process was excellent. Highly recommended.

This was the nicest apartment we stayed in during our three months of travel in Europe. The location was amazing, the amenities were just like we are used to at home. We had an issue with a clogged sink, but it was addressed immediately. Just a great stay in Seville. Would recommend to anyone.

This apartment is everything you could ask for and more. The space is wonderful for a larger group and absolutely works beautifully for a family. Everyone in our party agreed that the apartment was a large part of what made our time in Seville so charming and enjoyable! We would recommend this space for anyone traveling to Seville.

Emplacement et rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l´appartement, sa propreté et son cachet. L´emplacement est imbattable, à 50m de la cathédrale. Du coup l arrivée est un peu stressante en voiture car il n´y a pas la possibilité de se garer devant l´immeuble (place piétonne). Les 15 min de galère à l´arrivée sont vite oubliées :). Une de nos meilleure location lors de nos 3 semaines en andalousie. Recommandé +++

Il y’a rien à redire l’appartement est vraiment très très bien situé et ils sont très réactif aux messages que vous envoyé vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Inmejorable estancia en Sevilla. La ubicación del piso es perfecta, muy cerca de la catedral. El piso grande y resulta muy cómodo. La decoración, que te hace sentir como en casa, es espectacular. Estaba muy ordenado e impoluto. El momento del check in fue sencillo y cómodo, al igual que el check out. Un gran acierto y una estancia a la que volveremos siempre que visitemos Sevilla. Gracias!

This place in Sevilla was absolutely the best in every way. The location was in a courtyard with the old city wall enclosing part of it. We could look out the window and see the wall. One could walk across the courtyard, through an old passageway that came out right in front of the cathedral with the Giralda Tower - one of the most famous in the world! The large, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We were a 3 generation family of 8 - 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was very well appointed with gas cooktop (all Balay Appliances), full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. There was a utility room off the kitchen with a laundry sink and clothes washer. The floors in kitchen and breakfast area were white tile with the center areas a beautiful cobalt blue. I took photos of them! The living area had windows looking out into the courtyard with the old wall. We were also able to access music as we rested from our much exploring! I received a text or email from the person who was supposed to meet us and escort us to the apartment as we had to unload cars at a street corner - easy - not busy street. She took us to the apartment and made sure we were informed about their requirements and gave us our keys. We also received an email from the apartment owner with extra information. I honestly don´t believe we have ever had such a great experience with lodging! From the communication, to the location, to the actual accommodations! We would be happy to give an A+, 100% rating!

We just love the apartment that we´ve stayed in Sevilla. It´s a beautiful 4 bedroom with three bathroom apt. Very clean and near to everything. It´s just a block away from the Seville cathedral and very near to the Real Alcazar. Very near also to the restaurants. Just go down and you have restaurant s, ice cream shops and bakery. Our host was excellent, fast response when you communicate with him. Check in is also good. No problem at all. I would greatly this apartment. Thank you again, for making our stay in Sevilla a memorable one!

Wonderful Apartment perfectly located in the heart of Sevilla! Steps away from the Cathedral and lots of eating experiences. Lots of space for our family of 5 and very modern interior. Apartment is very modern and also very quiet. Staff are helpful and very responsive to any needs a guest may have. Definitely recommend this apartment!

L´appartement Cabildo IV est idéalement bien situé en plein centre ville, tout près de la Cathédrale dans un très bel immeuble. Idéal pour 6 à 8 personnes. Tout est neuf et très propre, bien décoré, très bonne literie, la cuisine est grande et spacieuse mais nous ne l´avons pas utilisée ! Il y a de nombreux bar à tapas ou restaurants en bas de l´immeuble. Idéal pour un grand week-end sous le soleil de Séville !

Es un apartamento nuevo, con una distrubición de espacios grandes y completamente equipados. Luminoso y nuevo, está ubicada en la Plaza de Cabildo, plaza con encanto que durante el día se visita, pero de noche es silenciosamente privada. La recomendamos.

Si bien por un problema eléctrico nos cambiaron el departamento, respetaron la ubicación y nos dieron uno más grande. El departamento tiene una ubicación espectacular y está muy bien equipado. Nos costó encontrarlo, y se nos hizo un poco difícil ir con las valijas , pero es un lugar perfecto para conocer Sevilla! Gracias
