La Casa Alhóndiga se encuentra en el nº 71 de la calle que lleva su nombre, y es perfecta para disfrutar de una estancia muy especial en Sevilla.
Entrando en la Casa, en la planta baja, nos encontramos dos precioso patios, uno de ellos interior y por el que se accede a un gran dormitorio de 20m² con baño en suite, y el otro exterior con césped artificial y muebles de jardín.

We loved our time here. Family of 6, we enjoyed each having our own area. 2 terraces were nice. Location was perfect for us, and close to attractions. Thank you!
Prachtig groot huis. Veel privacy. Prima voor ons gezin met twee volwassen kinderen met partner. Twee dakterrassen met ochtend en avondzon. Locatie erg goed gelegen in oude gedeelte van de stad. Heel gezellig. Barretjes en supermarkt om de hoek. Alle high lites op loopafstand.
Degene die als laatste ging douchen had niet altijd warm water. Ventilatie in badkamers niet goed. Daardoor schimmel op plafond.

Beautiful clean house in perfect location
Fantástica ubicación, la mayoría de las atracciones turísticas ubicadas dentro del casco antiguo de Sevilla se pueden alcanzar a pie. Amplia selección de restaurantes y cafeterías cercanas. El apartamento, y de hecho todo el edificio de apartamentos, es muy espacioso, acomodamos fácilmente a 9 personas. Limpio y agradable. El anfitrión fue muy servicial tanto con el check-in como con la organización de otras atracciones (consejos, entrada, reservas, etc.)

We had got the whole house with 4 stories equip with everything. There is also an outdoor rooftop, which is very good place for relaxing. The location is very good.
The street in front of the apartment is quite narrow. Difficult to carry all the heavy luggages upstair, since there are 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

The apartment has two roof terraces so you can follow the sun anytime of the day.
We recommend this apartment for larger groups and those who like plenty of space……we had a fantastic stay.

About the problems your have mentioned at the apartment, we kindly asked you to take the responsability of the damages because that´s the way to proceed, because we ca not ask for a deposit for all the possible damages. After our guest leave, we clean up the apartment, and actually we don´t use to claim anything to them, but after your leaveing, our colleague from the cleaning department told us about the damaged objects, and we told you about and you accepted the charge of the cost of the new pan (we didn´t charge you for the rest) The rest wasn´t charged to you even when it was ok before your arriving. We work very hard to offer the best service we are able. Best regards

It´s true houses in Seville are built in order to be fresh during the summer, but our house is perfectly equipped to enjoy a warm winter inside, and it´s the first time some of our guests complain about being cold inside the house, We are sorry you didn´t let us know on time because we would had sent you hitters for all the rooms if the split wasn´t enough for you and your family.
