Excellent location- easy to walk places- quiet area but so close to restaurants, shops etc. Very clean, comfortable and the small balcony is a plus.

Thank you Pablo for making our stay so wonderful, your flat is the perfect place to stay in Seville, right in the heart of buzzy Santa Cruz area yet down a quiet, peaceful street. The flat is bright, clean and equipped with everything you could need. The icing on the cake is the lovely little balcony, a perfect spot for breakfast, which looks out on the peaceful Santa Cruz square where we even saw a peahen on a day out from the nearby Alcazar garden.

The apartment is in a fantastic location . We travelled with our toddler and the lift was great for the pram, they also provided us with a cot which was perfect. You are literally round the corner from the start of the gorgeous alcazarez park , great for a walk and just beautiful . Apartment is clean , simple and practical . It is not a home it is run by a agency . They were efficient in all aspects and on watsapp for any issues . Great place to stay when visiting in Seville and wanting ease and simplicity .

Superbe emplacement avec vue dégagée sur la Plaza Santa Cruz. Appartement très agréable et lumineux dans un bâtiment avec ascenseur.
Tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Logement bien entretenu et avons bien apprécié la qualité et le confort de la literie.
Tout s´est très bien déroulé lors de la remise des clés et approuvons la réactivité de l´agence pour nous avoir envoyé un technicien pour une petite intervention. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour... hâte d´y revenir !

This flat is the perfect location, size and had all of the amenities for our family of 4. It was located on a quiet street and is walking distance to everything. It is easily one of the nicest and most convenient places we´ve ever stayed. We can´t wait to come back.

Appartement ligt fantastisch in het toeristische centrum. Goede communicatie via whatsapp in het Engels, behalve op aankomstdag konden we toch pas later terecht, maar we wilden ook voor inchecktijd komen. Goede restauranttips gekregen.

El piso tiene una ubicación increíble en una callesita muy linda cerca de todo. Los espacios dentro del apartamento son muy comfortables y esta muy bien equipado, cuenta con un balcón muy lindo para desayunar o tomarse una copa. El único problema que tuvimos fue que a pesar de que llegamos tarde al check in, el piso no estaba listo, entendemos los huéspedes anteriores habían hecho mucho caos y muy amablemente la hostess nos permitió dejar nuestras cosas mientras las chicas del aseo terminaban de limpiar; mi familia y yo nos fuimos con la seguridad de dejar nuestras cosas y salimos a dar un paseo, 6 horas después al volver nos dimos cuenta que la puerta del piso la habían dejado totalmente abierta, y todas nuestras cosas, pasaportes, dinero, computadora, etc. estuvieron expuestos durante todo ese tiempo. Por suerte nadie entro ni se llevo nada, sin embargo fue algo inquietante llegar y ver la puerta abierta.

We (3 adults) stayed in this apartment during Christmas week. The apartment was just right for us. Excellent location in Santa Cruz. Clean apartment, safe neighborhood, and access to elevator was a plus! Would definitely book again.

Nice flat, very central location

Perfect location to explore Seville. A very comfortable apartment, although we used the ´twin´ room with the beds pushed together as the double bedroom is pretty small. The kitchen is pretty tiny, so don´t plan to make anything more than coffee! Really lovely balcony which gets the morning sun for breakfast. We also found the flat quite noisy at night with people talking/slamming doors etc, and had to ask the neighbours to be quiet through the window into the lightwell which the flats share! However, we really did have a lovely time and the check in and communication was excellent.

We enjoyed our stayed in Pablo’s well decorated and furnished apartment. The location in Sevilla couldn’t have been better. I think the ultimate test for any review is would we do it again? We would without a seconds delay.

The apartment was super in every way, clean, spacious, extremely well equipped and a lovely view from the balcony. The location was fabulous for accessing all the places of interest, railway station and so many good restaurants.

Excelente departamento. Muy, muy bien ubicado. En el casco histórico y a 400 mts de la catedral. Departamento recien reformado, muy limpio y bien equipado.

L’appartement est vraiment très bien situé dans un quartier super. On peut tout faire à pied. Très propre et très agréable. Situé au calme malgré son emplacement de choix. Cependant il y a une réelle manque d’isolation phonique avec l’appartement à côté, collé à la chambre double. S’il est occupé vous auriez peut-être besoin de boules quies.

Excellent location close to the park, to some restaurants just two blocks away and easy to walk from here to the cathedral or plaza España. Highly recommended to stay at this cozy apartment.

This is the perfect apartment for immersing yourself in the heart of Seville’s beautiful historic centre. Fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep and very accessible to the other parts of the city you’d want to explore. Quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view over Plaza Santa Cruz, this place is hard to beat. I stayed for a month and was working from the apartment during the day, the WiFi was great and it was really easy to work and live comfortably in the space. Highly recommended!

+ appartments were nice, clean and in a great location, just in a old town, close to all atractions
- 1. After this that booking and payment was done i received mail that in case of check in apartment after 9pm i will have to pay 30 eur, and after 12 it will be 50 eur (i do not remember exact values but someting like this). i think it is not fair to inform customer about such conditions after booking done. 2. the first evening when i came there was no hot water, they told me that next day plumber will come and repair. Plumber was late about 1 h, he was not able to repair water so finally ww had to change apartment. we lost half of the day waiting for plumber and then move to other apartment. and of course we were able to take shower next day after arrival. 3. Few times when i called for an emergency they did not pik up the phone and never called back. for few hours WIFI was broken, thats why i called. after few hours it was repair. 4. i wanted to extend stay here, just becouse it was conviniece for us to not change a place for 1 night. they are not quite flexible about this, i expected better price in case i was there already 7 night.

This apartment was perfect in every way and the balcony in our apartment was an added bonus. Everything was spotless and the location couldn’t have been better, close to all amenities and tourist attractions. Communication with the host was excellent and Laura was really helpful when checking us in.

Hello people ! I recommend the app . We spent there 4 days together with my family. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Sofa bed in the big room very comfortable to sleep. Besides app has a is very balcony facing the beautiful plaza. The location of the app is very convenient, quiet neighbourhood but still very close to all locations.

Appartamento gestito da una agenzia, situato in una piccola palazzina ristruttura ad hoc. L’ubicazione è perfetta, appena dentro il centro storico ma in una piazzetta tranquilla. Impagabile il balconcino che ci ha consentito di pranzare al sole all’aperto ...in pieno inverno! Di fronte casa il teatro Los Gallos per uno splendido spettacolo di flamenco. Ottimo soggiorno

Best location on a very nice apartment

Pleasant and comfortable. Great location and comfortable stay. Property felt safe. Nice host greeted us (Lola). Only small improvement would be thorough bleaching in shower. A tiny bit of pink mould on the shower floor.

PERFECT in every way.
Everything about this property was beyond fabulous, from Lola who helped us with the check-process, to Fatima who continued to check on us ( via Whatsapp) throughout our stay and offered to help us with any question or need, to the property´s unbeatable location and modern amenities, everything was 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone who wants to visit Seville. It´s located in the heart of the touristic area and is literally a few minutes walk from the main attractions. the neighborhood is super safe and the apartments are modern, secured, roomy, and very clean. I will definitely be staying here if I ever go back to Seville. Special thank you to Lola and Fatima for their outstanding service.

Lindo departamento frente a Plaza Santa Cruz. La ubicación es inmejorable si planeas visitar el casco antiguo de Sevilla. Todo está muy cerca. Se puede caminar a todos los sitios de interés. El departamento está recientemente remodelado. Chiquito pero muy bonito. Precioso balcón que da a la plaza. El servicio es profesional. Son un grupo de gente joven que tienen una red de atención al cliente. Muy profesionales, aunque no existe el trato cálido de un anfitrión/dueño.

Location was great! Unit was as expected. Very nice! Easy check in and out. Was able to check in early which was a big plus since only stayed one day.
It was hard to get ahold of people - did not answer my calls. But the contact for meeting at the place to let us in was very helpful and got ahold of folks to fix the wifi

Tolle ruhige Lage mit Balkon , App. 2 C. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Man stört sich nicht, wenn 2 Paare zur gleichen Zeit aufstehen, Küche und Wohnbereich sind sehr praktisch und größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Kaffee Zucker usw für das erste Frühstück sind in der Küche .
Einchecken sollte um 15:00h sein, hatte extra geschrieben dass wir danach eine Führung im Alcazar gebucht haben. Wurden dann kurz vorher auf 15:30 vertröstet und haben vor der Wohnung nochmal 15 min gewartet. Die Übergabe selbst war sehr angenehm und die Dame sehr hilfsbereit.
