The location is perfect! Because of that there is things around all the time so there is a bit noise, for us it was not a big problem. We had to wait for the check in, which in other places you can check in by code or remote. All was clean and Ester was lovely and kind

We had a pleasant stay. It is definitely a place I would recommend! The lady who welcomed us gave us good tips for restaurants outside the tourist spots. The apartment is clean and spacious. Beds are fine and the shower is good. There were mini shampoo bottles, shower gel and fine large towels. Unfortunately there were no basic items in the house such as tea, coffee or a tea towel. It is at a pleasant location with supermarkets around the corner and everything within walking distance.

Great location but we found the apartment noisy, it is next to a school and there was building work happening. A spacious apartment and the location was good.

This apartment is fantastic in its location and its spacious. Very clean and walking distance to everything the city centre has to offer.

The apartment is truly gorgeous, spacious bright and airy equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Location is perfect, we never took a taxi we managed to walk everywhere from there. Great experience I would stay again!

We stayed 6 nights in the apartment. Smooth check-in, the communication with Esther was fluent ! The apartment is beautiful, well located to visit Sevilla by walk ! The apartment is quite bright although it´s located in the ground floor of a courtyard. It´s also very clean ! A few cons : the pillows are not good, you have few items to cook if your want to have lunch or dinner (especially the pan which need to be throw it away !) and the heater is very weak so it was very cold the first in the apartment. And you have a school yard very close so it´s a little bit noisy during the day !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons apprécié l´accueil en français, l´emplacement très central et calme à la fois, le grand volume de l´appartement et sa luminosité. L´équipement est assez complet, nous n´avons manqué de rien (et nous avons bien apprécié le petit chauffage d´appoint dans la salle de bain). Le wi-fi fonctionne également très bien. Toutes les sites touristiques sont très proches, de même que les divers commerces (2 superettes à moins de 10 minutes de marche). Bref, toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique cité Andalouse.

We had a great time exploring Seville from Esther´s flat. It is very centrally located. You can walk to the main shopping area, supermarkets, and lots of great restaurants within minutes. The Real Alcazar is a 10-minute walk away. The flat itself is spacious and well appointed, with a great kitchen, fast WiFi, a strong shower, and a comfortable bed. Esther and the rest of the team were friendly and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

A little bit noisy, but no problem.

Nos ha gustado mucho, todo muy bien

L´appartamento è fornito e arredato con gusto. Il letto è comodo.
Il sistema di riscaldamento ad aria è assolutamente insufficiente per affrontare l´inverno. Nemmeno dopo 3 giorni di uso continuo l´ambiente era abbastanza caldo per dormirci la notte. Abbiamo chiesto di avere delle coperte e una stufetta supplementare, e in un primo momento lo staff è stato davvero poco disponibile. Dopo la telefonata all´assistenza booking le cose sono cambiate. Positivo è che almeno ci hanno accordato uno sconto del 20% per l´inconveniente. Pochissima privacy a causa della ampia vetrata che dà sul cortile. Praticamente bisogna sempre tenere le tende chiuse. Il parcheggio è un vero problema, e a meno di spendere €20 al giorno, un posto gratuito per la macchina si trova a circa 25 minuti di camminata dall´appartamento.

We are sorry again if you did not feel sufficiently protected upon arrival, for this reason we try to put in place and solve everything in the shortest possible time. La ubicacion buena, pero los albañiles de la obra no te dejaban descansar.

Genteel Home: Estimado huésped, sentimos mucho que su estancia no fuera satisfactoria y que se haya visto afectada por ruido de obras de la calle. Lamentablemente, no teníamos constancia de las mismas ya que dichas obras habían acabado hace meses y desconocíamos por completo que se hubieran retomado. En cualquier caso, aunque dichas obras están fuera de nuestro control, si nos hubiera informado de ello con gusto le habríamos mirado opciones para reubicarle en otro de nuestros apartamentos en los que tuviéramos disponibilidad. Le pedimos disculpas por ello y esperamos que en otra ocasión podamos ofrecerle una mejor estancia tal y como se merece. Saludos.

Apartamento espaçoso, tudo novo, limpo. Ótima localização. Gostei muito e pretendo voltar com certeza.
Ruim para estacionar o carro, ruas sempre cheias, muito difícil arrumar vaga. Poderia ter um espelho de corpo inteiro no apt e produtos de toilete, fora isso ,perfeito.

Estancia agradable y a tu rollo. La ubicación fantástica.
Podrían poner un televisor para verlo desde la cama, sería "lo más" ;)

Ubicación fantástico. Apartamento genial. Conocimos 2 personas personalmente de la empresa y los 2 super amables.
Necesita algo en la ventana de la cocina para privacidad.

Schöne, stilvolle Einrichtung die zum Wohlfühlen einlädt. Sehr sauber. Appartement entspricht den Fotos. Wir hatten Glück und konnten auf Nachfrage etwas früher einchecken. :)
Haken für die Handtücher im Bad haben gefehlt. Mehr Geschirr ist wünschenswert.

Host was super friendly and the studio was very spacious and clean! Very comfortable and stylish. A stone’s throw from the city centre.

Fantástica la ubicación y limpieza.

Wat een top ligging! Goede studio voorzien van alle gemakken. Wij gebruikten alleen koffiezetapparaat (nespresso dus fijn!) maar er is ook een wasmachine ed. Heel fijn, ruim en schoon. Parkeren in garage op 15 min was erg fijn. Veel supermarkten en goede eetgelegenheden om de hoek. Geweldige stad <3
Regendouche deed het minder goed door kalk helaas. Er waren bouwvakkers bezig, nu zijn wij vroeg wakker altijd maar wel veel geluid. Handig als het even gemeld waS. Er misten wat haakjes in de badkamer maar daar kwamen we ook wel weer overheen :). Geur in appartement was wat minder.

Lamentamos si el proceso de entrega de llaves en su caso no fue tan cómodo como el desearía, no suele pasar pero hay ocasiones en que puede haber pequeños retrasos debido a la coincidencia de muchos clientes a la misma hora. Sin embargo, y a pesar de que no menciona nada negativo sobre el apartamento o su estancia, nos sorprende la baja puntuación que nos ha otorgado, por lo que no sabemos si se debe a un error. Saludos

Apartamento térreo lindo super novo e charmoso. Claro, arejado, silencioso, no centro histórico com suas ruazinhas estreitas e curtas. A 500m de qualquer atração turística. Super bem localizado. Cozinha completíssima e banheiro moderno com uma ducha excelente. Deixaram café e temperos para facilitar nossa estadia. Bares, restaurantes e mercados ao virar qualquer esquina. Será minha casa em Sevilha sempre que visitar a cidade.
Única coisa que senti falta foi uma iluminação maior no banheiro. Não havia luz no teto mas apenas no espelho. A luz era suficiente para iluminar com conforto, porém para fazer maquiagem era meio incômodo.

Essendo in un condominio l´ambiente dovrebbe essere insonorizzato meglio.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Séville et l´appartement d´Esther était conforme à nos attentes. Il est très lumineux, très propre et très bien équipé. En plus, il est très bien situé et à proximité de tout. Si nous devions revenir à Séville, nous reviendrons certainement chez Esther.

The apartment was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The location might look a little far out but it is absolutely perfect complete with an excellent courtyard and wonderful bar out front. This is a managed apartment, so if you´re looking for a stay in a local apartment then it might not be for you, but that said it is wonderful and would recommend it.
