Se compone de un agradable salón con grandes ventanales que dotan a la estancia de luz natural; éste se divide en una zona de estar con sofá -convertible en sofá cama doble- y mesa auxiliar y en zona de comedor con mesa y asiento para seis comensales. La cocina se encuentra completamente equipada con menaje de primeras marcas y totalmente funcionales. Ambos dormitorios son dobles, uno de ellos cuenta con baño completo en suite; mientras que el segundo baño, también completo, es independiente.

Perfect property for two couples. Our host did a great job in communicating with us to arrange the handoff of keys. This property was very clean and decorated just as pictured. The location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The cathedral, the third largest in Europe, was just steps away from our door. We had a very enjoyable visit!!!

Muchas gracias por compartir su opinión. En primer lugar, nos gustaría darle las gracias por elegir nuestro apartamento para su estancia en Sevilla.
Hacemos todo lo posible para asegurar una estancia cómoda para nuestros huéspedes, pero a veces es imposible controlar los niveles de ruido, ya que es algo fuera de nuestro control. En este caso al hacer el uso del sofá cama del salón que es exterior y coincidir con el puente de diciembre cuando el centro de la ciudad estaba más concurrido de lo normal, su experiencia ha sido afectada por el ruido de la calle.
Como podrá observar en las reseñas de otros huéspedes no solemos tener este tipo de quejas, ya que los dormitorios del apartamento son interiores para poder disfrutar de un descanso ininterrumpido.
Gracias nuevamente por su visita y críticas constructivas. Esperamos volver a tener la oportunidad de alojarles en un futuro próximo.

No hay nada que no me gustó. Quizá el apartamento debería contar con algo más de vajilla porque, viajando en familia, te encuentras con que hay pocos vasos para todos. Pero vamos, había vajilla suficiente en realidad

+ Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, très bon accueil, personnel serviable et aimable.
- Les voisins sont très bruyants et irrespectueux, de 23H00 à 1H00 du matin puis de 6H30 à 8H00 on les entemps crier ou parler très fort, marcher en talon, déplacer des meubles. Impossible de dormir malgré des bouchons auditifs à ces moments là (le reste du temps c´est très calme)
A fürdőszoba felújításra szorul, a kopottsága miatt tisztaság érzetem sem volt. Az apartman sokkal modernebbnek tűnik a képeken, mint a valóságban.

We first would like to thank you for choosing us for your holidays in Seville and for letting us know your concerns relating to your time in our apartament as it gives us an opportunity to look at areas which may have for improvement and for that we are grateful. We do our best to ensure that the noise levels always stay within the sensible limits so our guests are not disturbed by exterior traffic noise. Sometimes it is impossible to guarantee this as there are going to be moments during the early hours for instance where some traffic noise may be heard from the local municipality services, especially on our lowest road facing floors. We are sincerely sorry to read your dissatisfaction with the cleaning of the toilet, for a future ocasion please don´t hesitate to contact our customer service to point out any imperfection. The team will be swift in addressing the issue and correct any situation that is not in accordance with our established standards. L emplacement, le confort
No elevator though so you will have to bring up your luggages several flights of stairs depending on the floor of your room. But that is the reality of European buildings located in the city center.
Que no hubiese ascensor .. al tener un bebe se hace incómodo subir y bajar escaleras, pero no fue excesivamente malo .

Estimado Jordi, gracias por su comentario. Sentimos las molestias en su caso al no contar el edificio con ascensor, aunque siendo una primera planta imaginamos que no fue tan incómodo. En la descripción del apartamento está indicado que el acceso es mediante escaleras al carecer de ascensor, pero entendemos que quizá le pasó desapercibida esa información a la hora de reservar. Nos alegra saber que, a pesar de esto, su estancia fue placentera y han disfrutado de la misma. Ha sido un placer haberles alojado. Saludos

D´autre part, nous nous excusons si la housse de couette et la literie n´étaient pas propres. Chère Nadia, merci pour votre commentaire. L´appartement dispose d´un chauffe-eau électrique et lorsque sa capacité est épuisée, il lui faut un peu de temps pour se recharger. C´est pourquoi peut-être que l´eau chaude a été épuisée à un moment donné. Nous espérons que malgré cela, vous avez apprécié votre séjour à Séville avec nous. Ce fut un plaisir d´être resté avec vous. Salutations
Don´t think I have anything bad to say about the apartment!
Kettle didn´t work on arrival but brand new one delivered the next morning however could still boil water on the hob so wasn´t really a problem for long
“Solo faltaría” Una limpieza profunda ( esquinas, alfombras, muebles cocina) no le vendría mal. Productos de higiene insuficientes a pesar de escribir que estan incluidos

COMO DETALLE SOLO LE FALTAN UN ESPEJO DE CUERPO ENTERO Y EN LOS BAÑOS UN ESPEJO DE AUMENTO PARA MAQUILLARTE.
It is so beautifully decorated and so well equipped with everything one might possibly need.
