No trafic since there is only a narrow street in front of the house. Nice restaurants nearby. Nice to stroll or exersize on the beach or walk to the old town.
We warmly recommend this flat for short or long stay in Cadiz.
The old town is almost an hour walk or a 10-minute bus ride.
Many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets close by.
Our local contact, Sandra, was very kind and punctual. She and her friend helped us with our luggage, called a taxi for us and even though we could not communicate very Well because of the language, she explained everything about the apartment.
Easy access to the beach from front of the building, and access to public parking lot (beside building @ €14.40/24 hrs) and main street and groceries from the back. Lots of restaurants on the beach side for those who like to eat out.
No pool, no parking and spotty wifi in the area. If needed, wifi at McDonald´s a few blocks away.
Good communication from rental company.
