As janelas isolam pouco e com vento fazem barulho. Basta investir numas janelas novas e fica tudo perfeito.
Ventanas antiguas hacen ruido
Assim como outros apartamentos, acho que a forma de entrega das chaves poderia melhorar, inclusive com um contato prévio do estabelecimento com o hóspede, via WhatsApp, quando este número de telefone celular tiver sido cadastrado.
Water is yellow around the house, we had to let it run for 10mins. Shower warm water pressure is low.

Regarding the yellow water, we do not know the reason, but perhaps it was a specific problem of the water supply company that was soon solved. En la zona hay poco aparcamiento.
Все было хорошо, расположение, чистота, отлично экипированная кухня, уровень высочайший. Кондиционеры тихие инвертерные, детская кроватка.
Нет биде. Это ужасно. Не подмыться после унитаза ни подмыть быстро детей. Когда активно пользуешься биде каждый день воспринимаешь его отсутствие как удар под дых. Интернет в главной спальне не ловит. Что мешало поставить роутер в коридоре? Тогда бы везде было бы нормальное покрытие. Роутер в зале а он самый дальний соответственно не добивает до спальни. Посидеть в кровати с айпадом перед сном не получится. И самый главный минус это окна. Они с одним стеклом, щели, дует, благо лето, но зимой не представляю. К тому же эти окна от ветра на высоте все время бьются и трутся друг о друга, вызывая срежет и шум. Пробовали закрыть ролет, но не помогало. Хозяину на заметку. Окна надо поменять!

Estimada Laianni, muchas gracias por su comentario. Nos alegra saber que les ha gustado el apartamento, especialmente su magnifica ubicacion y cuidada limpieza. Estando situado en pleno centro de Sevilla, es cierto que es muy dificil aparcar en la calle, es por eso que siempre a nuestros clientes le ofrecemos la posibilidad de aparcar en un parking publico cercano a un precio especial. Desconocemos si aparcaron en el parking publico que está en el mismo edificio y si tuvo algun problema en su acceso, ya que no está gestionado por nosotros ni tampoco tenemos ningun acuerdo comercial con este parking. En cualquier caso, nos alegramos que todo lo relativo al apartamento y a nuestro servicio fuera de su agrado. Saludos
A limpeza muito bem feita.. Os utensílios da cozinha brilhavam.. Disponibilizaram artigos do dia a dia.. Ar condicionado e camas confortáveis. Havia uma pessoa a nossa espera para nos mostrar e explicar o quarto e como funcionava... Casa super moderna e renovada..
Não ter parques de estacionamento grátis. Ou então ter desconto no parque por estar lá hospedado.. Porque o parque de estacionamento era muito caro mais a mais para pessoas que só queriam mesmo parque para durante a noite.
Las instalaciones eran nuevas y estaba todo muy limpio.
Lo único malo es que el plato de la ducha dejaba salir el agua fuera, que se extendía por el suelo del baño.
