This property is located 100 metres away from Plaza Mariana Pineda in the Realejo, the oldest of a single step Granada Plaza Nueva. Barely 400 meters we have the magnificent sixteenth century Renaissance cathedral. In his Royal Chapel are buried ’The catholics Kings’: Fernando and Isabel.

This apartment is very bright thanks to large windows that let in lots of light natural. Thel bedroom has a very comfortable double bed. Also the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Meanwhile, the bathroom is practical and has a bath.

We are in the most emblematic of tapas area in Granada, nearby we can find numerous bars, restaurants, terraces and the best shopping zone in the city. However, it is a very quiet area at night, since there is no clubs or pubs, is very quiet.

Cet appartement que nous avons occupé ne correspond pas aux photos:il est situé au 1er étage, très sombre et décoration triste;la calle San Mathias est très bruyante malgré les fenêtres en double vitrage(circulation, piétons toute la nuit et nombreux bars à proximité) ; un conseil : ne pas occuper.

Hemos pasando 4 noches en este apartamento. Si debiera volver a Granada, eligiria el mismo piso. Nos ha encantado. Solo tiene puntos positivos. Nada negativo. Primero, su situacion es excelente. No puede estar mejor. Desde el apartamento, hemos recorrido todos los puntos de interes de Sevilla a pie. La calle es muy tranquila. Hemos dormido muy bien, sin ruido.
Ademas, el piso es limpio. La cocina bien equipada, la habitacion confortable, el bano practico una bañera. La decoracion es de bueno gusto. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien.
Lo recomendamos vivamente!
