About accommodation

This exceptional apartment is located in one of the best areas in the centre of Seville, next to the Encarnación square and the Campana square, a few minutes walking from the Cathedral. It is a very nice area with plenty of popular restaurants where you can enjoy the traditional Seville’s cuisine within an unbeatable atmosphere. It is perfectly connected with transports and it is also near from the main shopping streets.

The apartment is completely new and decorated with high quality furniture. It has two double bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom, and other bedroom with two large single beds and a complete bathroom too. There is a great, warming and bright living room, as the rest of this place, furnished with a double sofa-bed and a lovely dining area. The kitchen is connected to the living room and it is fully equipped with all the apliances and utensils.

Clean modern apartment in the center of Seville (old town). It is exactly as shown in the pictures. We had 3 adults and 3 kids (ages 10 to 15) and we felt comfortable enough. 10 min walk to the palace and cathedral. A lot of of restaurants in the area. Perfect base to explore Seville. Apartment has washing machine which very helpful. Be aware, if you travel by car, driving in Seville’s old town and finding apartment can be a challenge. Our landlord, Carlos, was very helpful in directing us to the destination. Kitchen is small. We cooked our breakfast OK, but dinner would be challenge. This is no problem after all with all the cheap and wonderful eating places around. If we lucky enough to go to Seville once more we will stay in this apartment again.

GRAN ATENCION POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL QUE SE ENCARGO DE RECIBIRNOS MUY AMABLEMENTE EN LA PUERTA DEL EDIFICIO,TENIENDO LA AMABILIDAD DE ENSEÑARNOS EL APARTAMENTO INCLUSO ANTES DE PAGAR NUESTRA ESTANCIA.

Great apartment, brand new and very clean. One bathroom per room which is perfect. Tv, washing machine, incredibly fast wifi. Best area, close to everything. Very quiet. We would definitely rent the same apartment for our next trip to Seville.
