Genteel Francos III penthouse is a completely new apartment which joins quality with a magnificent location, at Blanca de Los Ríos street, a few metres from Cathedral and Giralda; being this last monumento visible form one of the balconies that the property has. Truly a privilege.

Another points of interest like the beautiful Royal Alcázar or The Archive of Indies are also really close; as many tapas bars and restaurants of all kinds.
The apartment itself, cosy and stylish, is composed for a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a totally equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with two comfortable single beds and a complete bathroom with bathtub.

We stayed in this unit December 2015 and this is the first request I have received for a review. The location is good and the person who greeted us was very nice and helpful. The pictures provided of the unit do not accurately show what it is like. The unit is much smaller than portrayed. It was not clean and we left a day early due to bug bites we got during the night in both the bedroom and on the pull out couch. There were signs of bedbugs that morning when we got up so we left.

Very central location! You can walk to the Cathedral and almost everywhere.

Appartement très central mais environnement très bruyant malgré le double vitrage.La climatisation est également très bruyante et donc impossible à laisser la nuit.La table "repas" et les tabourets sont très inconfortables et peu stables.La personne qui nous a reçu était sympathique , professionnelle et à l´heure pour le check in.

Todo maravilloso. Solamente le falta una mesa con sillas para ser perfecto. Es incómodo tener que pagar en efectivo y no con tarjeta.
