In addition the apartment has a lovely private terrace with garden furniture to enjoy magnificent dinners or meals in the open air and enjoy the sun and the good weather of Malaga.There is a private parking you have to book it in advance the price is 15 euros per day

The apartment is located in a modern and luxurious building at Eslava street, a few meters from the Vialia train station (the main one in Malaga), the Eroski shopping center and the Mercado del Carmen. Also it is also to few meters of the Port of Malaga and of the Beach. The historic center of Malaga is also close to Eslava street, so you will not need any kind of vehicle or transport to get around the city.

The apartment is great, clean, comfortable and well organized. Decoration is also good. Walking distance from the city center. It has parking so it is good if you have a car. The owner/property manager was really kind too. Definitively I would stay again and I would recommend to anyone. It was all good from my perspective. Just one observation in case you have any physical limitation: there is a shower bath so you have to "jump in" to take a shower.

Excellent mattress and pillows.
No hand rail makes getting in and out of the shower tricky if you are not to firm on your feet.

Apartamento muy luminoso con una gran terraza, en una zona tranquila. Esta junto al mercado del Carmen y cerca de la estación de tren María Zambrano. Tiene plaza de garaje subterránea. Bien equipado y con buena conexión Wifi.
El lavavajillas un poco pobre. Todo lo demás muy bien.

Beautiful apartment
Everything was taking care of in this new apartment. There was a big spacious shower and the terras on the roof was verry nice to have breakfast

Wonderful terrace in a modern building. Very quiet at night resulting in a peaceful sleep.Belinda met us at the apartment and gave very good information. She also arranged a taxi for our early trip to the airport.

This apartment although quite bijou is nonetheless nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect. . It is only two minutes from the central railway and bus station and less than 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. the walk into the old centre of Malaga is only 10 minutes. Although smaller than the photos depict, nevertheless a nicely appointed apartment with the added bonus of a terrace providing that nice outside space to sit in. The beds were very comfortable and although the kitchen is small, provides everything you need for a short stay. The member of the Genteel staff was very nice and also extremely accommodating as I arrived a little early. I would definitely stay here again

It truly was a very pleasant experience, we came from dubai and we were welcomed very pleasantly. Belinda was great help and guide and answered our questions immediately and was a great host !

We stayed for a week in malaga, in this really great penthouse apartment.

Everything was just perfect and very nice view from big terrace.
