The apartment Almirante III in Seville is an elegant, sophisticated place in the Alfalfa neighbourhood at Seville’s city-center, a few meters away from the Cathedral and the Giralda tower. It is a safe and funny area composed by many little streets where you can breathe the very original There is a wide variety of restaurants and terraces nearby where you can taste some very typical products within an unbeatable atmosphere. This area is also near from many lovely little commerces and the shopping area.

There is one bedroom fournished with a double bed which measures 2m long x 1,5m large, and it has a window facing outside. The living-room is spacious and illuminated with a balcony facing outside too and a sofa bed which provides this place with capacity to host 4 people. There is also a lovely and stylish ensemble of a table and some chairs for 4 people. The modern american kitchen is connected to the living-room and it is fully equipped with all the appliances and ustensils necessaries. There is also one large and elegant bathroom. Finally there is a great terrace to be shared with two more apartments and fournished with two comfortable long-chairs, some seats and one table for the guests to enjoy a great time with a fantastic vew of the city.
