Appartement Zaragoza III

The apartment is very modern and comfortable and in a really good location. However, I should warn you that on our first night in the apartment, we were robbed whilst we were out. My wife´s wedding ring and other semi-precious jewellery was taken. The thief/thieves knew what they were looking for, as nothing else was taken. Genteel Homes did not offer any assistance when we reported this to them or even check if we were ok for the rest of our stay. However, the Seville Police were very helpful and are investigating the crime. Not really a good start to a much-needed holiday!

We thank you for letting us know about it, so our team was able to inform you about the procedure to follow, as unfortunately it is something beyond our control, therefore we always suggest our guests to fullfill all the security requirements (for xample, to make sure the door of the apartment is always closed, main door of the building is never let open etc).
Once again, we are very upset about this situation, and we really hope to have another opportunity to offer you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to regain your confidence during another occasion if you gave us that chance.

El apartamento es súper céntrico y dispone de todas las facilidades. Nos atendieron muy bien, y fueron muy resolutivos en todo momento. La terraza es enorme y le falta sacar un poco de partido, pero es el piso perfecto para pasar unos días.

Un piso totalmente recomendable!

This is an amazing apartment - with an incredible terrace with views of the cathedral. The flat is really clean and well decorated, with a big living room, and an ensuite room on the second floor with direct access to the huge terrace. incredible location 5 minutes from the cathedral and great restaurants and bar. Amazing place!

excelente departamento, bien cuidado y con mucho espacio de guardarropa. ubicaciòn perfecta. el edificio estuvo silencioso durante nuestra estadìa. dos supermercados pequeños a no màs de 200m. parqueo a 400m. la terraza es perfecta para sentarse en el atardecer y la noche a compartir con amigos y cenar. se ve una porciòn del techo de la Catedral. alojamiento muy recomendable.

Great location very close to the center and all the touristic areas. Carmen was a great help and patient with us, helped a lot with local tips, very responsive and helpful when needed. The location has a great terrace and its a quite area. Would totally recommend for large group.

Tres bel appartement conforme aux photos et bien situé. Très grande terrasse. Le séjour s´est très bien passé

Dit appartement is zeer schoon en netjes ingericht. Het heeft een open keuken wat het ook gezellig maakt, daarbij een schitterend dakterras met zicht op de Kathedraal. De locatie is ideaal, een Spar zit op 100m. De Kathedraal van Sevilla met daarbij winkels en restaurants/barretjes zijn binnen 10min lopend te bereiken. Wij hebben met 6 vrienden erg genoten hier en raden dit appartement vanwege de luxe en locatie ten zeerste aan.

After a day of exploring, grab wine & bread from the local mercado and head to the terrace to take in Sevilla. This apartament was one of the last of our trip, and we´re so glad we´re splurged. The basics like kitchen, showers, and wifi were all top notch. Parking is surprisingly easy with a gargage just a couple blocks away. You can walk to the Catedral in just a couple minutes and still see it on the terrace later. So dreamy! The rental company is super prompt and helpful. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Clean and the rooftop is absolutely beautiful.

Really nice apartment in Seville. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We did laundry and there were many hangers available to dry the clothes. We really enjoyed our stay. The only minor inconvenience was having to wait for our host for 20 minutes outside the flat with our suitcases on the narrow street despite communicating our arrival time. You can’t park nearby and there is no way to check yourself in so you are at the mercy of the host. Try to plan accordingly. However, once inside we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and our host was nice and helpful.

Todo perfecto. La comunicación para la entrada fue muy fácil y nos dejaron entrar antes del horario previsto, fue todo un detalle porque íbamos con maleta. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo, pero a la vez es tranquilo. El apartamento tiene de todo y las camas son muy cómodas. La terraza, un lujo. Recomendable 100%

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location very close to the cathedral. The apartment was furnished very nicely and well maintained. The best feature was the huge roof terrace which is beautiful to sit out on both day and night.

The place was great! We stayed with our family of 7 in early March and had plenty of space. It was clean, well stocked with extra towels and bedding, and a supply of bath products (shampoo, gel, soap) was provided, which was very nice. Although we did not cook during our stay, the apartment was well stocked with kitchen items. All the beds were very comfortable and allowed us to get a good night´s sleep after being out all day exploring. The best thing about the apartment is the LOCATION. I cannot emphasize enough how convenient it was during our short stay. We were within walking distance of great food, shopping, and other tourist sites. It was possible for us to come back to the apartment after an early morning and afternoon of running around to take a short rest before heading out for dinner and our evening activities. We would recommend Esther´s place to anyone planning a trip to the beautiful city of Sevilla. The management company was responsive to all of our inquiries and was very helpful to us upon our arrival. We would love to stay at her place again on our next trip.

My 6 friends and I stayed for 4 nights. It’s a great apartment, very spacious, and we didn’t feel cramped at all. To be clear this apartment is ran by a company and not an individuals home (in case you are looking for the Sevillano touch). The terrace is great, very well protected from the wind so even in January it was very hot up there in the sun. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great and comfortable. The location is excellent - in most days we are always a 15min walk from our destination. Great for big groups! Plus there are excellent restaurants within 150metres! You won’t regret staying here!

Emplacement idéal appartement très bien conçu avec une vaste terrasse idéal en famille. Un seul point à corriger la porte du lave vaisselle qui peut s’avérer dangereuse à l’ouverture.

The appartment is really nice. The location is superb and right in the center of Seville. You can walk everywhere and do not need to use a car at all. Though the location is right in the busy City center, the apparment is Kind of in the „backstreet“ and there is no noise whatsoever and you get a good nightssleep. Other than that the apparment is exactly like in the photos: Very Modern, clean and cosy. Everything is brandnew and the terrace is a Dream! It is much bigger than in the photos - there is Even a part where you can dry your laundry! If we ever come back as a family of 6 adults and 2 Kids, we will deff Stay in this apparment!

Le logement d’Esther est parfaitement situé, en plein centre de Séville dans une rue calme. L’appartement est spacieux et propre, la terrasse est sympa et la literie est confortable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and well located. The terrace off the top level bedroom was amazing!!

We stayed at the aparment for 4 nights and it was just perfect! We were 6 girls and had a lot of space - every room was really huge and beautifully furnished, especially the terrace was perfect to start the day with yoga and breakfast outside. The kitchen has everything you need and more (dish washer and washing mashine!). The location was also the best - everything you want to see (parks, bars, cafes, restaurants, sights, shops, ...) is nearby in walking distance. We would always come back to this apartment in the future and greatly recommend this place! :)

Great base for visiting the historical areas of Seville, with most of the historic buildings located within 5-10 minutes walk. Lots of good restaurants also nearby. Apartment tastefully decorated, modern and spotlessly clean. Spacious living area and the rooftop terrace an added bonus. Very good host, helpful and responded to queries very promptly. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Great location! My family of 5 stayed in Seville for three nights and this apartment was perfect. Walking distance from everything and easy enough to take a break from the summer heat in the A/C apartment and then head back out as the sun set. Close to everything, yet very quite... The roof top patio was nice the early morning for a cup of coffee or late evening for a glass of wine. Given our visit was in August we couldn´t use it during the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Seville. This unit is clean, modern and very comfortable. The roof terrace is amazing, but there is not much shade up there during the day, and when we were there it was HOT, HOT, HOT! That said, we LOVED it early in the morning, and again in the early evening. The terrace would be excellent all day in cooler weather. The a/c units worked great, which was such a relief from the heat. Seville is beautiful and I would recommend this apartment to friends.

This spot could not have been a better location for us. We were within walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. The house had everything we needed and a great rooftop! I wouldn´t stay anywhere else if we came back.

Ideal location, beautiful apartment, very quiet at night despite the lively neighbourhood. Our only issue was that although there’s a complete kitchen, there were no a lot ofcooking utensils, but otherwise we loved it, highly recommend it, and would definitely go again. We particularly really appreciated the professional check-in with the list of recommended restaurants, the little map and directions to amenities; like the market and grocery store. Thank you!!!

The place is wonderful. My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and it was the best choice. Spacious, clean, well located but still quiet at night. We were excited to explore the city and also loved spending time on the roof. Would definitely stay again!
