Sentimos mucho que tuviera problemas para encontrarse con nuestra compañera en la puerta del apartamento, el cual es cierto que se encuentra en una pequeña calle. Desconocíamos este hecho, ya que de saberlo nuestra compañera se hubiera podido acercar hasta su ubicación para después acompañarles hasta el apartamento. Cher client, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez aimé l´emplacement central de l´appartement. Comme vous avez pu le constater, votre appartement se situe à proximité de la principale rue commerçante du centre de Séville. Comme dans de nombreuses villes européennes, il est très difficile de se garer dans le centre historique de Séville. Plusieurs de ses rues sont piétonnes. Par conséquent, comme indiqué, nous offrons la possibilité de réserver un parking public à proximité (10 minutes à pied) avec un coût de 14 € / jour. Nous espérons que malgré cela vous avez apprécié votre séjour. Salutations
La décoration et les couleurs sont très belles. Les baies vitrées et les grands plafonds donnent un charme indéniable à cet appartement. La situation en hyper centre est juste très pratique
Por decir algo, el aire acondicionado que daba directo y aunque lo bajaras de intensidad y grados no disminuía su intensidad y daba directo a la cama.
Limpieza
L´appartamento si trova in una traversa della via Serpies, una delle vie principali pedonali di Siviglia con negozi. Purtroppo l´auto occorre lasciarla ad un garage distante circa 500mt. Buona la posizione, discreto l´appartamento, comodo per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città.

Das Apartment liegt sehr gut nur wenige Meter von der Fußgängerzone (Siernes) entfernt, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. WLAN geht gut, Klimaanlage ebenso, Betten sind sehr gut. Das Apartment wirkt ganz neu, schönes Badezimmer.
Die Hausbewohner sind sehr unfreundlich, geradezu ruppig, es scheint nicht erwünscht zu sein dass diese Wohnung an Touristen vermietet wird.

Lay-out of flat. Corridor too long, not so much space.
The location is excellent, but you need to keep in mind that it is not reachable by vehicles (it is in the pedestrian area) and that it is in a dead-end narrow street, where homeless people use to sleep. The flat is well renovated with modern style. The staff is very kind, reactive, and helpful: they are a real asset for the company holding the flat. You are also ´followed´ during your stay, for any need you may have.
The view on the outside: all the windows give on a small internal courtyard, so basically you cannot even see what the weather looks like. The flat is thus quite in the dark. The street, whilst very central, is a small one with homeless people sleeping there. No cleaning service during the entire stay. Difficult connection to get the keys, you risk to be waiting a while (I had to do several calls since I arrived at the airport). It was rather difficult to get an overall invoice, so bear this in mind would you need to get one.

Tolles großes Appartement in der Fußgängerzone. Zentrale Klimaanlage hat alle Räume gut gekühlt. Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Keine Spülmaschine. Da in der Fußgängerzone muss man die Koffer hintragen.

La falta de empatía del personal de limpieza. Casi nos obligaron a dejar el apartamento cuando estábamos atendiendo a nuestro bebé de 3 meses.

Sentimos mucho las molestias ocasionadas a la hora de la salida. Hablaremos con nuestra compañera de limpieza para ver qué ocurrió. Quizá se debió a que teníamos otra entrada ese día y necesitábamos empezar a limpiar y preparar el apartamento para tenerlo listo para los siguientes clientes, habiéndose cumplido la hora de salida en su caso, pero comprendemos su situación y que tal vez se podría haber empezado por alguna zona del apartamento o esperar unos minutos más. En cualquier caso, esperamos que esto no les haya impedido disfrutar de su estancia en la ciudad. Saludos
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, nowoczesne i estetyczne wykończenie, czystość oraz powierzchnia apartamentu.
Problem z parkingiem
Má organização e falta de coordenação. Seria importante avisar os viajantes que chegam de carro que a rua é apenas acessível a peões e recomendar a entrega das chaves do apartamento no parque de estacionamento (a 650 metros) para evitar multas no compasso de espera. Para nós, foi muito complicado porque com uma criança de um ano e outra de 6, tivemos de transportar as malas na rua e só depois nos foram entregues as chaves do parque de estacionamento. Não estava ninguém no local do parque de estacionamento e tivemos de contactar o proprietário que nos enviou novamente a funcionária que nos tinha entregue as chaves do apartamento quando já tinha alertado a mesma que tinha reservado um lugar de estacionamento. Nesse compasso de espera, fomos multados pela policia municipal... No check-out, contactámos o proprietário para proceder à entrega das chaves do apto e do estacionamento e, em 5 minutos, um funcionário apareceu, o que foi ótimo. No entanto, recebemos uma notificação de que as chaves se tinham extraviado e caso não aparecessem, o valor ser-nos-ia debitado. Mais uma vez, houve falta de comunicação entre as equipas.

According to one of our technicians explained to us, when the first strong heats of the year begin, there are many mosquitoes in the city and after a few days they die, and that is why some of them might enter in the apartment through the open windows. We apologize for this. There are situations that really are uncontrollable for us. Regarding air conditioning, we have reviewed everything in detail and the temperature can be lowered until 17 ° - if the windows were open as well, that could have been the reason why it didn´t got so cool, as he air conditioning machine is brand new. Perhaps our check-in companions did not explain the operation of the air command either in that case we apologize, too, for it.
Il est très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la cathédrale et la calle sierpes est une rue très commerçante. Un carrefour citymarket est à 5 minutes.
