appartement très bien situé au centre de la ville. Bien décoré, confortable. Très propre. Tres bien pour 3/4 personnes maximum. La salle de bain est un peu petite.

The apartment is very comfortable. It is on an upper floor, above a pedestrian street and is quiet at night. The owners are readily available to answer any questions. The location is very convenient. It is easy to explore Seville on foot from here.

I spent 4 days in ths apartment with my family (two adult and two children). Both the appartment and the building are very nice and confortable. My daughters loved the roof terrace, too.
It is located in a lively but not noisy street with beautiful shops.
Close to the apartment there is a covered market.
The owner was hospitable and professional in giving us any information.

The Apartments location is perfect. Close to walk everywhere in the City Centre. During the day bit noisy due to small shopping street but in general calm at night. The beds were confortable and Overall the whole Apartment was in good shape. When we had a problem with the washing machine it was fixed immediatly from the owners. You can always contact them by email and Mobile. They respond really quick and do everything your stay will stay a good one. If i would be again in Sevilla for a longer time i would come back again! Definitly!

We stayed over the w/e of 17-19th Oct and the whole experience was great. The booking process was fast and efficient and all questions answered promptly. Ignacio arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and a member of the team was waiting at the apartment to see us in, everyone really pleasant despite it being past 11pm.
The apartment is compact but lovely, very clean and fabulously located on the 2nd floor in a side shopping street about 10mins from the cathedral and the river. The street is busy in the day but is very quiet by bedtime. As 2 female travellers it was great having 2 bedrooms. Would definitely recommend staying here and if returning to Seville would probably stay here again. The town itself is great, do the main sights but leave time to just wander around the side streets and of course shop! If travelling back to the airport by taxi, there is a rank in the square, 3 mins around the corner from the apartment.

I generally don´t have times to write reviews but am doing so now because it was such a positive experience.

The apartment is well-designed, well-equipped, well-located with excellent service and advice from Clemente. Located in a pedestrianized area, in the centre but away from the noisiest streets, it is ideal to explore Seville.
