En entrant dans l’appartement, nous trouvons un couloir qui mène aux 3 chambres. La chambre principale dispose de 2 lits simples de 0,90 x 2 m , des armoires et d’une salle de bain complète avec douche. La chambre suivante a un lit double de 1,50 x 2 m, des armoires et un balcon. Au bout du couloir, on trouve la dernière chambre, avec 2 lits simples de 0,90 x 1,90 m et des armoires.

L´emplacement de l´appartement est idéal. La proximité avec Alcazar et la Giralda est pratique pour visiter le centre ville.
L´appartement est très étriqué et dispose d´escalier pour accéder au salon cuisine à l´étage. Les escaliers ne sont pas sécurisés et ont posé problème car nous avions 3 bébés lors de ce voyage. Les photos ne sont pas à l´image de la réalité de l´appartement. Les chambres sont très petites, le couloir de distribution très étroit et la terrasse à l´étage n´est pas utilisable, elle donne sur des travaux et des maçons qui sont tous les jours de 8h à 19h. Les odeurs des égouts sont très fortes dans les salles de bains. L´humidité est apparente sur les murs de l´appartement à proximité des ouvertures. L´accès en voiture est compliqué et le parking le plus proche est constamment plein. On a du se garer à plus de 1km de l´appartement.

Being located in the city centre limits the possibility of being able to park in the central areas as most streets are pedestrian, however, we are next to the wonderful Plaza de Santa Cruz where you can stop for a few minutes to unload luggage. On the other hand, we regret that as it was a holiday period, the nearest car park was full and we were forced to park a few metres further away.
On the other hand, we do apologize if you didn't find apartment to your liking. Regarding the space, we aim to be as transparent as possible, which is why we provided the specific information about the apartment in our web site, also you can find this information in your booking confirmation when you make it.

Location was ideal! The terrace was really great, the whole apartment was lovely. Would 100% return!
The apartment could do with more mirrors - in particular each bedroom should have a full length mirror. Also housekeeping should leave more toilet paper. We had a group of 6 and had to buy our own toilet paper after two days. All very minor complaints though!

El olor desagradable de un baño y el no disponer de agua caliente durante la estancia. Aunque avisamos en la mañana, tardaron dos horas en comunicar con nosotros, por lo que no pudimos resolver la situación. Tiene muchas escaleras para subir a la segunda planta y eran muy estrechas.

Sobre los inconvenientes que describe, contamos con un teléfono disponible las 24 horas del día para llamadas de emergencia. Nuestro equipo de atención al cliente respondió a su mensaje por mensajería instantánea tan pronto como la oficina abrió el domingo por la mañana. Nos agrada informar de que, tras estudiar su incidencia, se ha procedido a la sustitución del termo y a la colocación de dispositivos inhibidores de olores para garantizar la máxima comodidad de nuestros huéspedes.
Aunque lamentamos que tras la atención y soluciones ofrecidas durante su estancia nos evalúe con esta puntuación, queremos aprovechar para agradecerle elegirnos para su estancia en Sevilla y por el tiempo dedicado en escribir una reseña. Er was een vochtprobleem, zichtbaar op de muur van de woonkamer maar vooral veel hinder door de geur. Er is geen mogelijkheid om je bagage ergens achter te laten als je vroeger toekomt/later vertrekt. Na veel vragen van ons zijn we uiteindelijk doorverwezen naar een bagage opslagplaats in de stad. Een spiegel in elke kamer zou handig zijn.
