Our flat does not have this facility because it is located in the historic centre of the city next to the most famous monuments, so these buildings are usually protected and cannot be renovated due to the cultural heritage characteristics of the area in which they are located. As others have mentioned, there is no elevator to the apartment, which is on the 2nd floor and the stairs were a bit steep. This was not a problem for us, but if we had an older person traveling with us, it would have been a concern.

Easy in and out
The agency needs to offer instant (phone or chat) support in case something goes wrong. People need to know there’s someone to call if there’s an issue, especially when traveling abroad. There are so many language barriers and other customs in diff countries. Why don’t you offer this?

The process was easy and the experience we had was amazing,
S´il faut trouver un défaut, je dirais qu´une chambre donne sur la rue et est donc un peu plus bruyante malgré le double vitrage. Cette même chambre est également plus éclairée la nuit car il y a un réverbère juste en face et les volets ne sont pas pleinement occultants.
