De plus, depuis le salon, nous accédons à une petite terrasse privée avec 2 chaises et une table pour profiter du beau temps de Malaga.

I like the location of the property and and kitchen.
The bedrooms are too small, especially the second bedroom. There is no room to unpack luggage in second bedroom and twin beds are small and uncomfortable. The key to the building entrance door is tricky and hard to open. Of the 2 nights stay, I was able to open only once and had to rely on people coming out to gain entrance. Though parking is available, it is VERY HARD to park. It involves getting your car in an elevator and navigating tight corners to get to the parking spot. It took over 20 minutes to get in or out. We ended up parked in a nearby garage to not risk damaging car.

Bright apartment on a quiet street. Near Maria Zambrano train station. A bit of a walk to the center, but not so much that you would have used taxis or buses. Nice little swimming pool on the roof. The staff told good tips about restaurants in the nearby area.
There was a construction site along the same street, from which sounds could be heard in the mornings. We tried to find out if it was possible to leave the suitcases in the cabin for a few hours after Checkout to wait for the train to leave, but for some reason this only became clear a couple of hours before checkout: we couldn´t. Fortunately, we found a place to store our bags near the train station.

Dirty floors (white socks are falling off), one of the bathrooms has a leaky ceiling. One of the windows was broken and the smell from the construction site next door was constantly entering the apartment. The apartment was not ready on time. Definitely too high a price in relation to the quality offered. Garage only for experienced drivers :)

Wir haben als Familie (3 Personen) 8 Tage in dem Apartment verbracht. Grundsätzlich hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Gerne möchte ich noch ein paar Dinge bewerten: Lage: Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt, wenn man mit einem Auto anreist und für dieses einen Parkplatz benötigt. Das Auto konnte kostenlos in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden - allerdings ist die Tiefgarage nur über einen Autoaufzug zu erreichen und dazu noch ziemlich eng. Das Einparken erfordert somit ein wenig Geschick - mit einem mittelgroßen Auto aber zu bewerkstelligen. Innerhalb von 10 - 12 Minuten Fußweg war man im historischen Zentrum von Malaga mit seinen vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars (der ganze Bereich ist eine Fußgängerzone und mit dem Auto nicht zu erreichen), somit ist ein Parkplatz Gold wert!! Ausstattung: Wir empfanden die Betten als sehr angenehm und bequem (andere Reisende haben es offenbar anders empfunden, wenn man vorherige Bewertungen liest). Unbedingt erwähnen möchte ich, dass es endlich einmal ausreichend Haken für die Badezimmerhandtücher gab (das ist leider sonst nur sehr selten der Fall). Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel und Waschpulver sowie kleine Portionspackungen Olivenöl, Zucker, Salz waren auch vorhanden. Toller sonniger Balkon (für 2 Personen optimal) Schöner großer Pool auf dem Dach + Sonnenterrasse sehr schönes und neues Gebäude
Leider gäbe es auch ein paar Dinge, die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben. Die Wohnung wird mit einer Größe von 100 qm angegeben. Wir haben die Größe einmal grob geschätzt und sind der Meinung, dass diese höchstens 75-80 qm groß ist. Die unzutreffende angegebene Größe wurde schon mal von einem Reisenden angemerkt. Sollten auch Gemeinschaftsflächen in die Quadratmeterzahl mit hineingerechnet werden, so sollte dieses entsprechend gekennzeichnet sein, damit man nicht von falschen Vorstellungen ausgeht. Leider hat es in dem kleineren Badezimmer ein wenig von der Decke getropft (direkt in die Badewanne). Die tropfende Stelle sah nicht so aus, als wäre diese neu. Dieses sollte unbedingt behoben werden. Leider gäbe es nur 2 Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon - die Fläche wurde nicht optimal genutzt (schließlich können bis zu 6 Personen in dem Apartment übernachten) Es gab bedauerlicherweise keine Liegen auf der Dachterrasse (auf den Fotos sind diese aber vorhanden) Last but not least ....: Es gab einen Spülschwamm in der Küche, der so schmutzig war, dass wir diesen gleich entsorgt haben und neue Spüllappen gekauft haben (bitte Lappen und Schwämme nach jedem Gästewechsel austauschen) Die Tischsets (-6- Stück) waren leider auch ALLE mit Flecken versehen - leider nicht so appetitlich. Fazit: Trotz der negativen Aspekte würden wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall erneut buchen, sofern die Mängel behoben werden!!!

No me gustó que tuvimos un percance con el garaje, se accede a través de ascensor, por cierto muy justo y dificicultad para entrar al garaje. Llamamos a la anfitriona y nunca llamó para ver que habia ocurrido. We were allowed in early which was great as one of the group wasn’t very well. Excellent service. very clean. Spotless. Good location but take a map! We did lots of circles!!!! Lovely pool although only used it once. could do with a few more glasses, but just a minor thing.

About a 20/25 min walk to the city center, longer than advertised and very quiet area, all residential . A lovely pool but unfortunately no sunbeds & a bit of a deal that our flight was at night & slightly delayed, but good in general but be prepared to get taxis 😊

Para los días que íbamos a estar no hubo suficiente papel de baño o servilletas, no era muy cerca de la playa y aunque en general estaba muy limpio, en la terraza los muebles estaban un poco sucios y llenos de polvo y en lugares como abajo del sillón 😐… aunque son solo pequeños detalles en general lo recomendaría mucho, muy buen alojamiento, con que pongan un poco de atención en ese tipo de cosas y es perfecto!

It worked smooth and we were able to check in early which was priceless since we traveled with kids!
Loved everything but the potpurry ;) dried plants have a funny smell.
