The apartment was amazing in almost every way and perfect for us, but there is no real privacy between the bedrooms so I would only feel comfortable staying here again with family. There is a staircase between the bedrooms but no door, so you can hear everything as if you were in the same room. Also, if someone from the upstairs bedroom wants to go to the kitchen, or someone from the downstairs bedroom wants to go to the terrace, they have to walk through the other person’s bedroom. Both showers didn’t have full doors or curtains so leaked onto the rest of the bathroom floor, which required towels to mop them up. However, everything else was great! The host was very communicative and helpful, check-in process was smooth, the apartment was clean and well equipped with appliances and utensils. The location in Triana was fantastic with everything we needed or wanted to see within walking distance. Casa Cuesta is a great restaurant 3 mins walk from the apartment. The terrace was super. Very comfy garden furniture and sunloungers, and we manage to sunbathe most days between about 10am and 3pm before the terrace was in the shade. The jacuzzi is only available from April so we couldn’t use it, but we knew that before we booked. There are two Carrefour grocery shops nearby that are open every day until late, which was helpful. I would be very happy to return to this apartment again, but only with family.

The apartment was as advertised, beautifully furnished and all the kitchen equipment you could ever need.
Communication was top class from the point of booking and throughout our stay.
Although we were unable to get an early check in, we were allowed to drop our luggage off at the apartment, which is a real bonus.
When we checked in at the agreed time, the apartment was in pristine condition.
Very comfortable bed, plenty of good quality towels. We were offered a mid-week refresh of the bed linen and towels, which we actually declined as we were in Cordoba for a night but a nice offer which not premises offer.
Whilst the apartment was ideal for us as a couple, I feel it is only suitable for a family or one couple given that the master bedroom is accessed through the lower bedroom.
I would recommend that you replace the glass coffee table with a wooden one. Glass tables are a heath and safety issue, which I have had a previous negative experience off.
I will definitely recommend booking through Genteel-Home to family and friends.

Great apartment, well located in Triana where the atmosphere is more authentically Spanish. Lovely and clean on arrival, well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance to the main sights in Seville. Would recommend!

The apartment on arrival was lovely and clean and despite us being delayed by 2 hours and arriving at 3am there was still a host there waiting to meet us. The apartment is in an excellent location perfect for all the tapas bars and triana Market. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms finished to a high standard, we liked that we could nip around the corner for a croissant and have breakfast on the terrace in the mornings.
Unfortunately the hot tub was pretty disgusting, the water was really dirty and murky, and there was a dirty line all around the edge which wasn´t very inviting, and therefore, we didn´t use it. Despite paying extra for a nice apartment with this extra, so we were quite disappointed. As we were there for 4 days we could have done with some more clean towels, there was only 1 towel each provided, and we were told if we wanted more we had to go and collect them from the office which wasn´t close by.

The decor was lovely. All of the kitchen equipment seemed brand new. The upstairs bedroom facilities were beautiful.
We needed more detailed instructions in terms of operating the hot tub, hob etc. I would recommend that the online doc be more detailed, & a printed copy be left in the apartment. The layout was not ideal. In order to access the upstairs bedroom, terrace etc, you had to walk through the downstairs bedroom (the same thing coming down again) Better to have had separate access to the top floor (e.g. a staircase from the downstairs lounge or on the outside of the building, like others nearby had). The photos online were also confusing, showing the outdoors overlooking the river, whereas, our two bedroom apartment was actually on the other side of the road with no view of the river.

Emplacement parfait, dans une rue calme, environ 15 mn à pied de toutes les visites. L´appartement est vraiment au top, la terrasse avec le jacuzzi, tout est haut de gamme, je recommande vivement 😁👌

On of the best apartment I’ve stayed at. Very central and walkable location. The home inside was very well kept with clean and modern furniture. You can tell the host wanted the guests to feel welcomed.

Super séjour, appartement correspond à 100% à la description. Hôte très réactif, 15 min à pied de tout les commerces et restaurants. Rien a dire c’était super.

Everything was way better than expected. Totally recommend it.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Triana. It had everything we needed to cook some of our own meals, do small loads of laundry, and relax. The apartment is close to shopping, bars, restaurants and the river, and the center of town is a short walk. Everything was very clean and communication upon arrival was great. Everyone we interacted with from the rental company was friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

It was two very nice weeks in a very nice apartment. A young man came to check in who, by his own admission, had never been in the apartment before. Unhappy! If a hot tub is shown in the photos, it should be included in the description if it is not used all year round. We couldn´t use it. However, these two details do not reduce the top rating of the apartment and stay.

An excellent stay....beautiful apartment that is very well kept and clean. Location was excellent and we found some fantastic restaurants nearby and the main sights of Seville were easily accessible. Thank you for a memorable stay!

L’appartement était sublime, conforme aux photo. Le jacuzzi et la terrasse sont un énorme plus. J’ai lu un commentaire se plaignant des travaux, honnêtement, ce n’était pas gênant le bruit est minime, et les travaux ne donnent pas directement sur la terrasse (aucun vis à vis). Vous pourrez profiter parfaitement de la terrasse. Je recommande a 100% ce airbnb.

The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood (Triana), with grocery shops, markets (mercado) and restaurants at walking distance. It was spotless clean and the communication with the host was easy as well through Whatsapp. We had a car and arranged parking beforehand, they have a deal with a parking garage nearby (~10 min by foot) with a negotiated rate. The good thing is if you pay upfront you can get out and in again as many times as you want, it just reads the license plate. The terrace was also nice, nice little jacuzzi and there is an outdoor shower as well. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and tools it was however lacking some basic spices (salt, pepper would be nice) and maybe some olive oil/vinegar. The rooms are big enough and the beds very comfy, we slept well. The bathrooms are also ok, one smaller one bigger, if you use the overhead shower head you are likely to make a splash on the floor near the shower.

Bel appartement mais des travaux avec une grue au dessus de l’immeuble qui commencent à 7 h le matin. La grue passe au dessus de la terrasse et le bruit empêche de profiter de la terrasse et empêche de profiter pleinement de l’appartement. Décevant pour des jours de vacances.

Incredible good location, restaurants, bars and very friendly neighborhood. Ask for Rosita at the corner coffeeshop for breakfast, the shoemaker around the corner will fix anything. On the other side of the street, 3 very good restaurants. The flat is great, modern and stylish. The rooftop is good too. Most important the genteelhome crew is a great host.

Great Apartment with fantastic location. Short walk to the restaurants in Triana and across the bridge to the main tourist spots of Seville.

Quiet. Roomy. Private. Very safe. The apartment is decorated well and has all that you will need. Comfortable for 4 people (2 couples).

L´emplacement était parfait ! en pleine semaine sainte, nous étions aux premières loges, mais le logement étant en retrait de la rue, les festivités ne nous ont pas empêché de dormir. La terrasse avec le soleil matinal était parfaite. A savoir qu´il faut passer par la chambre du bas pour accéder à celle de l´étage et il n´y a pas de porte qui les sépare. Le quartier de Triana est exceptionnel et le logement qualitatif et bien pensé.
Le jacuzzi n´était pas en eau quand nous sommes arrivés et après installation il se vidait tout seul, malgré la fermeture de la vidange. Vraiment dommage car nous avions réservé l´appartement en partie pour le jacuzzi et nous nous en sommes servis qu´une seule fois !

Great apartment, would be amazing location except current major building work nearby does disrupt on weekdays due to large crane overhead and noise while in use. Hopefully only a short term issue as otherwise great apartment and loved triana district.

super clean, excellent showers, really comfy beds. they got the hot tub ready for us to use, even though the ad said it would be in operation from April and we were there late March, which was lovely. Martha’s suggestions on food places were great.
something to stop the bathroom floors from getting wet from the showers would be good. no real faults to note.

Logement en lui même parfait rien à redire. Équipement haut de gamme, propreté irréprochable, literie au top. Les surprises auxquelles vous pouvez vous attendre : - Arrivée 15h départ à 11h. il n´y a jamais eu le soleil sur le terrasse. - Lisez bien le descriptif avant de réserver, l´appartement se vente de disposer d´un jacuzzi mais il inutilisable la moitié de l´année ! - La grue juste au dessus de la terrasse qui fait des travaux jusqu´à 18h30 et reprend à 8h le lendemain - La personne du ménage ouvre la porte à 10h50 alors que nous sommes encore dans le logement et reste scotchée à la porte jusqu´à 11h, c´est désagréable.

Brand new appartment with terrace
The apartment is brand-new and luxurious. Fully equipped kitchen, roof terrace with jacuzzi (that is not available all year round unfortunately), 3 big tvs, comfy beds (although a bit short for people longer than 1.85m), 2 bathrooms with rainshower, washingmachine and dryer. Situated in a nice neighbourhood, close to bars, restaurants and market.
The pictures on Booking are a bit confusing. Apparently there are 2 apartments in different buildings. The one bedroom apartment is on the river side (number 40), with a riverview terrace. The two bedroom apartment is on the other side of the street (number 55). The terrace is lovely but has no view. Also there is no door between the bedrooms so there is no privacy. Too bad the jacuzzi wasn’t available in january. Would have happily paid an additional fee.

Great, spacious location close to restaurants and sights. Hip neighborhood. Secure building, quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Teníamos un teléfono de contacto de washap pero a veces las personas que nos respondían para resolver algún problema tardaban mucho o nos daban mensajes contradictorios.

- Emplacement dans le quartier proche de tout et en même temps au calme - Tres bel appartement, bien équipé. Deuxième salle de bain un peu petite mais pratique avec wc
- Bizarrement alors que le standing de l’appartement est très bon, aucun livret d’accueil ( informations, plan, bonnes adresses… ) ni attention particulière - Pas de wifi pendant le séjour, très gênant malgré les bonnes intentions de Aija qui nous avait accueilli.

Very nice flat. The whole flat is clean and functional. It provides everything you could think of. Great location, breakfast right downstairs and supermarket three minutes walk away. I would stay here again if I had the chance to go to Sevilla.
