Beautiful, clean, modern apartment...perfection at it´s finest!
We absolutely adored our stay at this wonderful modern apartment. The beds were super comfy, the apartment spacious, all appliances one could need and the roof terrace was superb. We couldn´t have asked for more and Javier and his staff are exceptional. Well done Javier!!!

everything a fantastic property, the best we’ve stayed in extremely good value
spacious, in wonderful condition, superb outside area, much more than just Aa ‘terrace’ beautifully furnished, lovely kitchen owner let us in, made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets etc. all sent to us via WhatsApp

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft!
Superfreundlicher Gastgeber, Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert! In diese Wohnung hätte ich sofort einziehen können! Außerordentlich sauber, hell, alles in weiß gehalten. wunderbare Dachterrasse, ein großer Schirm wäre noch schön gewesen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, nachts absolut ruhig. Cafés und Supermärkte sind fußläufig nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr umfangreich mit Informationen versorgt bezüglich Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Fantastic apartment in the middle of the city near parking garage. Location on the top floor (penthouse / only apartment on this floor) at the rear so very quiet. Equipped with shutters all around, so you can keep it comfortably cool but also wonderfully dark in the bedrooms. lovely roof terrace with comfortable sitting and dining areas. Building has recently been completely renovated, everything is new, clean and is actively kept clean. The host, Javier, is very service minded and pleasant to deal with. This apartment is an absolute must.

We had a great time in Cadiz, the apartment is very centrally located, is very cozy and well equipped. The host is super responsive and helpful. The recommendations on food, sight seeing were very helpful. We will certainly stay again.

Wow, what a lovely apartment. Right in the old town. It is really spacious - two large bedrooms, one ensuite with a double bed and the other with twin beds and a separate family bathroom next door. The kitchen is small, but perfectly formed. And the living room is large with two sofas, a dining table and a smart TV. But the best part is the spacious roof terrace. We ate outside in October. Really beautiful. The apartment is close to a really nice square Minas. And not far from the market, which is highly recommended. Javier, who manages the apartment, was really helpful with recommendations - especially a beachside chiringuito called El Potito - highly recommended. And he was highly responsive on WhatsApp. We really loved staying here and would like to book for next year.

Beautiful apartment, exactly as the pictures show. The hosts were excellent and provided lots of advice about where to go/what to do in the area. Loved our stay and will hopefully come back one day!

Beautiful place with stunning private terrace. I wish I had stayed longer. The apartment is very well equipped as well. I would definitely got back!

If I could live here I would. So good we tried to extend. We stayed for a month. WiFi is great👌. We both wfh with heavy data files/videos etc. Apartment is brand new, finished to high specs. Sparkling clean. Very quiet. Good quality appliances. Sharp knives. Comfy bed. Shower pressure is perfect. Everything has been thought of. The terrace is as good and as big as you expect it to be from the pictures. Nice furniture. Location is incredibly central surrounded by the most beautiful squares, shops and cafes. Carrefour express is close by. Any issues or questions we had were addressed straight away. Javier is a rare caliber of top-tier professional. Can’t say enough good things.
