Dejando la cocina a la izquierda nos encontramos con un bonito salón exterior, dando a la calle Chapineros y con sofá-cama doble de 1,40 x 1,90, lo que le da al apartamento una capacidad de hasta 6 personas. Desde el salón accedemos directamente al primer dormitorio, también exterior y con dos camas individuales de 0,90 x 1,90 cada una, así como a un baño independiente con ducha.

Apartment was Very Modern and Bright and had everything required for our stay. Rooftop Terrace was fantastic with great views and a power awning. Bathrooms were high spec and modern A/C very good and very welcomed in the Sevilla heat Roof area in the bedroom open beams looked great. Lift upto 3rd Floor bonus as well
Minor - Low Water pressure in upstairs bathroom Minor - Upstairs Sliding door onto Terrace had no handle on outside and due to it being stiff to open / close / slide you had to put your hands over the glass to slide open or close There was a Mezzanine Floor part of the bedroom with Glass partition but without any real access that looked very intriguing??

Perfect location, just a short stroll to the cathedral. Absolutely amazing rooftop patio with a view of the historic city and cathedral - the main reason we booked here. Nicely updated facilities in a quiet, historic setting. Appreciated being let in several hours in advance of the normal check in time.
Staff who met us at the apartment to hand over the keys didn´t explain what to do with garbage/recycling over the week or what all the various switches/remotes did. Limited toilet paper and had to get more. A few ants in the upstairs bathroom. Sliding door to the rooftop patio is nearly impossible to open; it took a 33 year old man in good shape nearly all his effort to shift it the track it runs in is so dry. Young children and the elderly might have difficulty navigating the open spiral staircase to the second level. These are relatively minor complaints and with the exception of the stairs (which are a necessity in this context), could be dealt with easily to bring the accommodation to the next level. If your key requirements are location, outdoor space and room for a more than 2 people, we would highly recommend.

1 van de tweepersoonsbedden was wel erg klein/smal voor 2 personen. Er werd tussentijds niet schoongemaakt. Op zich niet heel erg, maar leg dan iets meer handdoeken neer.
