Tiene un total de cuatro baños completos, tres de ellos en suite, y otro independiente. La cocina está abierta al salón y al pasillo, y aunque es pequeña dispone de todo lo necesario en cuanto equipamiento, así como de una mesa de comedor. El salón se ha amueblado con detalle e igualmente supone una estancia acogedora y agradable.

There is a small lift at the property, but it stopped working on our last night there. This meant that my 80 year old mother had to climb several flights of stairs to get up to the third floor and then back down again!

I wanted to let you know that the bathroom connected to the hallway was having some kind of plumbing issue, it smelled like a sewer. We weren’t able to use the bathroom at all because the smell was so strong. We didn’t mind too much because there are three other bathrooms but I wanted to make sure to tell you. Excelente ubicación, desde la ventana del salón ves la catedral, todas las estancias del apartamento reformadas, muy acogedor, muy limpio. El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla para los 45 grados que hacia en Sevilla!!! Viajábamos 8 personas y hemos disfrutado de una habitación y baño cada dos personas, evitando así tener que dormir en el sofá, era lo que buscábamos. Aunque en el apartamento teníamos opción de desayunar, hemos desayunado en el bar de enfrente, tostadas y café por tan solo 3€. Super recomendable, repetiría, volvería a alojarme en este apartamento.
La única pega ha sido que no nos han dado opción de poder ampliar la hora de salida, aunque nos recomendaron un local para dejar las maletas cerca del apartamento.

The apt was very comfortable; 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, excellent for a group or family. small kitchen but with everything you’ll need. be aware its in a 4th floor with an elevator for barely one person. the location is the best attribute!!! calle Mateos Gago is in the middle of the action! just out the door is the cathedral and a lot of cafes and restaurants. although a noisy street you cant hear it from the apt. excellent choice!!

non include il servizio di deposito bagagli. Prima di ripartire abbiamo dovuto lasciare una giornata i bagagli in un negozio di souvenir che eroga il servizio per €3 a valigia/zaino.

Bellissima struttura da poco ristrutturata.Ottimo arredamento essenziale ma ben inserito negli ambienti. L´appartamento di Calle Mateos è centralissimo.
La mancanza di caffettiere tipo "Bialetti" di varie misure e andrebbero messe delle mensole nei bagni, soprattutto nelle docce.

Climatizzazione centrale, essendo le camere di diversa grandezza, la temperatura era diversa nelle varie stanze.
Problemas con las cerraduras, tanto del portal como del apartamento
I could not say enough about the apartment. On check in we were met with such a pleasant girl who filled us in on everything. From all the attractions to restaurants and shopping etc. The apartment was so central to everything. I would recommend it to anyone and will certainly be back again.
Only the elevator was out of service during our stay and we were 3 floor
