Entrando por la puerta principal encontramos una zona diáfana compuesta por un bonito salón, magníficamente decorado con todo detalle, y exterior, dando a la calle Marín García. El salón cuenta con sofá-cama doble, dándole al apartamento una capacidad de hasta 6 personas. En la otra parte del salón tenemos la zona de comedor, con una mesa para 6 comensales.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:
• Servicio de recepción y custodia de equipajes. De lunes a viernes de 10:00h a 15:00h. Incluido en el precio.

Las camas son incomodísimas y el ruido nocturno es insoportable. Se oye la calle y las cáñelas de la finca. El sofá cama es muy incomodo y la cama de matrimonio está completamente hundida.

My only recommendation would be hangers on the back of the doors or a coat rack as you enter the apartment, so we could hand a few things up. We stay there again recommended communication was outstanding too.

Appartamento rinnovato da poco, moderno e accogliente. Dotato davvero di tutto, cura di ogni particolare. Condizionamento caldo/freddo in tutte la stanze. Posizione eccezionale, vicinissimo a tutto ma in strada tranquilla. Molto silenzioso di notte. Accoglienza gentile e premurosa, pronti ad aiutarti per qualsiasi problema. Ottimo.
Reti dei letti un po’ cigolanti, ma comunque comode. Di fronte, sotte le camere, c’è un ristorante ma, almeno in inverno, alle 23,00 era già chiuso.

The location is the best! Walking distance to main attractions, quiet street. The apartment was very clean, neatly decorated, perfect condition. We had coffee and two types of coffee machines, washing machine, microwave, stove, hairdryer, air conditioning in all rooms.

el apartamento es igual a las fotos, está muy bien dotado, es cómodo, limpio, amplio y queda muy cerca a los lugares principales que se deben conocer en el centro; el personal de genteel fue muy amable.

The apartment was SUPER clean and cosy! We loved interior design and the kitchen was fully equipped. Beds very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. Perfect location - just a 2 min from main market square with fresh exotic fruits and vegetables <3 Next to the market there are great churrerias. Almost all main attractions in walkable distance. Great restaurants around! Windows are very soundproofing so we could sleep restful. Special thanks for the owner who was super nice and recommended us the best places to visit :) Surely I will recommend this apartment to all my closest friends. It was a magic stay ❤️

Es un apartamento muy bien decorado . El sofá cama y las camas eran muy confortables .Estaba muy limpio y muy céntrico. A pesar de estar al lado de la calle Larios era muy tranquilo .
Éramos 5 adultos y había un solo baño que , además, era pequeño . Aún así nos organizamos .
