    A fabulous apartment on the out skirts of Marbella. We had a wonderful week here, the accommodation is of a very high standard and extremely comfortable, the space is large, the furnishings are lovely and the beds very comfortable! The pool was well used by our children and the terrace by us reading books, drinking coffee and relaxing. We had a car so exploring the area was easy, ideally you need a car as most amenities are a little way from the suites. The suites are part of the incosol hotel which is no longer in operation, so the standards of care within the grounds was good. Begona was extremely helpful, offered ideas and tips for day trips and places to eat, checking and organisation was 5 star. Overall it was a brilliant experience.

    The apartment from hell and the most UnGenteel welcome from the rudest person we ever had dealings with in 30 years visiting Spain. Begona. The apartment flooded twice, electricity went off and spent the night in the dark. TV didn’t work. No oven, no duvets, no sweeping brush, (2broken ones) shower kept flooding the apt. Washing machine got blocked and flooded the apt. Infested with mosquitoes. Bulbs missing in lights. WiFi was very patchy. No alarm. Coffee machine had old coffee pods in it and wasn’t cleaned for ages. Filthy. Broken and chipped dishes and glassware. No cleaning items. The apartment was not clean on arrival. But most of all was the Rep Begona who was so rude to us. Impossible to speak to her about anything. Extremely confrontational and broke all Covid 19 regulations. We spent most of our first week allowing her to carry out necessary repairs to the apartment when we were staying there. Things that should have been right BEFORE we arrived. Refused to compensate us in any way for our upheaval. Shouted at us on the phone and turned off the lights on us when we were leaving the apartment. A disgrace to her company and to herself. English was poor and not once did she apologise or even smile and offer us any type of consolation. Clearly not up to the job and REFUSED to give us the name of her supervisor but said she owned Genteel home in Costa del Sol. Terrible experience. Avoid. If you don’t want all of the above.

    Genteel Home: Dear Mr./Mrs Durcan In the first place, let me show you our gratitude for the confidence you placed on Genteel Home to enjoy your holidays in Marbella. We would also like to apologies for all the inconvenience you suffered the first days of your stay. Although we are quite dismayed by the content of your review regarding your holiday at our apartment , please rest assured that your comments have been taken onboard and revised by the entire Management team, however we would like to take this opportunity to clarify certain aspects of your review as a simple matter of exactness of the information reported. After having shared with us your impressions about the general state of the house, Begoña went to the apartment and many of this occurrences were solved quickly, like the iron, duvet or bowls, as they were in the apartment. The rest of the incidences, were solved by qualified staff. During the rest of your stay have been happening requests and complaints from you, immediately they were solved by Begoña , and even an extra cleaning was provided at no extra cost, to compensate the upheaval produced However we regret that it is not enough and in response to the request made about the discount of 500€ requested several times during your stay, we think that we have resolved everything on time and correctly, for this reason, the discount is not applicable. Again, we genuinely appreciate the time you took out of your day to inform us of the inadequacies you experienced during your stay, we look forward to serving you again in the near future.     El apartamento es grande, decorado con buen gusto con una gran terraza y una bonita piscina en la residencia.
    1-La lavadora no funcionó - ni siquiera estaba conectada y no había conexiones detrás de la lavadora, 2-El horno no funciona 3-Hay muchos escarabajos e insectos en el asiento de la sala de estar habitación

    Nos gustaría darle las gracias por elegir nuestro apartamento GH Incosol para sus vacaciones en Marbella, así como por dedicar parte de su tiempo en comentar su experiencia con nosotros.

    En cuanto a lo que detalla en relación a las instalaciones, sentimos que hubiera un problema con el funcionamiento de las mismas, hubiéramos enviado nuestro personal de mantenimiento de inmediato para repararlo en caso de haber conocido dicha incidencia. De todas formas lamentamos profundamente las molestias que le haya podido ocasionar

    Además, hemos tomado nota de sus observaciones relacionadas con la presencia de insectos dentro de nuestras instalaciones. Teniendo en cuenta la climatología de Málaga y su posición geográfica, dependiendo de la humedad y el calor, la presencia de insectos en cualquier alojamiento, negocio o casa privada es inevitable. Sin embargo, tenemos en marcha un plan de control de plagas preventiva específico, así como los tratamientos regulares para evitar su presencia en el apartamento.

    Gracias nuevamente por su visita y críticas constructivas, nuestro objetivo principal es asegurar que nuestros huéspedes se sientan cómodos y disfruten plenamente de sus visitas. Estamos ansiosos por tener la oportunidad de recuperar su confianza.
