Appartement décevant par rapport au prix demandé !
Bon emplacement, proche du centre historique (env. 10 mn à pied), bel immeuble récemment rénové et quartier calme le soir. Jolie décoration contemporaine et grand lit confortable. Belle cuisine.
Très mauvaise insonorisation (nous avons subi les nuisances sonores dues aux voisins du dessus), mais la grosse déception fut le manque de lumière : en raison du patio central, et du fait d’être au rez-de-chaussée, il fallait garder les rideaux tirés la plupart du temps pour conserver un minimum d’intimité… Très petite salle d’eau sans aucun rangement! Mauvais rapport qualité-prix.

Muy bien ubicado.
Apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo indispensable.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel proche du centre ville.

Logement bien situé, très propre et surtout calme ce qui n´est jamais acquis dans les grandes villes. Accueil chaleureux et bien organisé. Literie confortable. Quartier authentique.

excellent acceuil et suivi pendant le séjour,
excellente qualité des services à l´accueil et pendant le séjour, cependant pas de connexion lors de l´arrivée, très réparée deux jours après. Par contre la machine à laver : eau sort de partout, à réparer de toute urgence SOS
