Aixa II Apartment

Cómodo, silencioso y muy bien ubicado.
Carmen nos trató muy bien, estando a nuestra disposición para lo que necesitamos.
Muy recomendable.
El parking propio es una opción muy interesante

My sister and usually book a hotel when we go away but this year decided to look at apartments in order to have a room each and found this one which was competitively priced with a hotel room. I can´t praise this apartment enough, it was beautiful furnished, spotlessly clean and contained everything needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was so well equipped we felt we were staying in someone´s home. The extra bathroom and the little patio were an added bonus. The area it is situated in is also lovely, plenty of restaurants nearby and not far to walk to the cathedral and surrounding areas. It was also only about a 3 minute walk to the stop for the sightseeing train which was handy. Despite the language barrier we had no problems with arranging for someone to be at the apartment when we arrived. I have already recommended the apartment and, indeed, Granada to all my friends.

Estuvimos alojadas 4 personas el pasado fin de semana (26-28/05/2017) y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. Excelente ubicación, el apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotografías, completamente equipado, en perfecto estado de limpieza y todo el mobiliario de calidad. Tanto las personas de Geentel home como la propietaria nos dispensaron un trato exquisito e incluso nos facilitaron el aparcamiento (en el mismo edificio). Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo. Gracias por hacernos la estancia tan agradable.

We were two older couples. The second bedroom and bath are very small for the second couple.
On Friday and Saturday night there is a noisy bar three doors down. The noise echoes off the walls in the narrow street. It also attracted a rather seedy crowd. The bar was closed the rest of the week.
The location is good, close to a large shopping center and several nice squares. There is a taxi stand in the Plaza Mariana Pineda.
We walked everywhere, except we took a taxi up to the Alhambra.
Be sure to reserve your Alhambra tickets early on line. When we were there in April General tickets were sold out until May.

This is a fabulous apartment with everything you could want there were only 2 of us so lots of space. The location is right in the middle of the action. The parking is underground and very secure. I absolutely recommend it 5 star,

The whole weekend was amazing the apartment was perfectly situated right by the local bus and tourist train, walking distance to lots of lively bars and restaurants, the apartment is well equipped and nicely furnished with all we needed for our stay in this beautiful city.

We loved this apartment, which was close to many restaurants and the Cathedral. Mary, the owner, does not speak much English, but we managed to understand each other.

She has nicely decorated the place. A lot of attention to details. 2 nice bedrooms with roomy closets, 2 nice bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Very large TV and fast internet. The patio, was really cute, but unfortunately we did not use it, because the weather was too hot during our stay, 45°C in beginning of September.

We would recommend this rental to our best friends and family.

This apartment was beautiful!!! It was the best unit we stayed in during our entire visit to Spain. Two nice bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The place was clean, modern and the very best. Great location within the city and really enjoyed the apartment.

Очень чистая и уютная квартира с удачной планировкой, есть детская кроватка, идеальна для проживания семьи из 5 человек. Чистая кухня по всем необходимым для готовки. Приятный продуманный дизайн. Местоположение очень удобное, рядом много кафе и ресторанов, 5 минут пешком до центрального католического собора. Арендодатели приветливые и быстро реагируют на любом запрос. Мы остались очень довольны!!

We were a family of 3 adults, 1 child and 2 toddlers. The apartment easily accommodated all of us. For a big or a small family this apartment meets all the requirements. We felt at home as we stepped in and were impressed with its tasteful decor (as you see in the pictures) cleanliness and well equipped kitchen & bathrooms. A real plus for us was the parking space for our rented car, in a place where driving is limited to residents and parking spaces are a expensive luxury! The apartment is very central and is within walking distance of many of the places to see in Granada. In fact, we did not use the car at all during our stay in the city. Within minutes you can find supermarkets, chemists, post office, and lots of cafes and tapas bars! The staff and owner, especially, were very helpful and welcoming!
