So clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. We were met by two friendly ladies at the apartment they couldn’t do enough for us. We would recommend this apartment and genteel company.

wi-fi non funzionava, tv non funzionava, anche se sono venuti 3 volte per sistemare, ma invano, i proprietari, gentilissimi e disponibili, ma il problemi sono rimasti, 2 bagni ciechi senza ventole, peccato, perche´ l´appartamento e´ molto bello.

Le seul hic.....Le bruit le bruit le bruit, le proprio doit d’urgence rendre les fenêtres insonorisées!! Avec le son des cloches toute la nuit, le bruit des équipes de livraison à 7h du matin ce n’est que pas possible Le wifi est très moyen dans les chambres

WiFi is poor and not stable. There is no reception so you need to schedule the arrival time in advance.

Estimado Fernando, gracias por su comentario. Nos alegra saber que les ha gustado el apartamento en todos los aspectos y que hayan disfrutado de su estancia con nosotros. Entendemos que pudieran desear realizar el check in antes, cuya posibilidad ofrecemos siempre que la disponibilidad nos lo permite. Sin embargo, el día de su llegada salían otros clientes, y siendo la hora de salida hasta las 11h, al ser un apartamento grande se necesitan varias horas para limpiar y preparar el apartamento para que esté todo perfecto a su llegada, por lo que en esta ocasión no pudimos recibirles antes de la hora estipulada. Le pedimos disculpas por ello y esperamos que a pesar de ello hayan pasado una buena estancia visitando Sevilla.

The location is just great, but Google Maps will send you to the wrong location, it sends you to the side-street and not the entrance. This is not the property´s fault, clearly, but you just gotta watch out for this. The thing that I think was very annoying was that the water heater was faulty. It showed an error code, and one of our group of friends got stuck in the shower with cold water, which wasn´t very nice at all. The water heater did this everyday we were there. On the first night, we contacted the "emergency contact" left on the door. The person there helped us sort it out, but needed some involvement from us on what was needed to do. Anyway, it got sorted, and the water heater did the same thing the following day. Just watch out for the water heater. The property is good, the water heater is not good.
Na sala de estar não tem janelas blackout e durante a minha estada a persiana não fechava totalmente. A pessoa que dormiu no sofa-cama reclamou da claridade, especialmente por ser verão, onde os dias são bem longos, é péssimo. No quarto não tivemos tanto problema com a claridade pois a persiana estava fechando completamente. O banheiro é lindo mas não muito funcional, pois o box não comporta a água que sai do chuveiro, molhando todo o banheiro quando tomávamos banho. Outro ponto é que eles poderiam oferecer estacionamento gratuito pois, por estar localizado bem no centro, não há vagas para parar o carro na rua (tudo em torno é zona azul, algo assim) e o estacionamento Madalena, localizado em baixo do prédio, é BEM caro e não tem parceria com a Genteel Home. Ficamos um pouco chateados com isso porque no próprio condomínio há várias vagas livres visíveis e alegam que não podemos parar ali.
a practical tip (how i would do it) : I would fix the towel-rail in the inner bathroom OUTSIDE of the shower cabin, as now the shower door is forced to open out letting the water dropping to the dry floor. if you fix the rack outside , you can open the shower door inward, and the water will gathering inside the cabin. But it is just a personal taste....
wifi coverage could be expanded to master bedroom.

As indicated in the conditions, it is mandatory to indicate in advance the approximate time of arrival call us to the contact number provided at least 40 minutes before arriving so that our colleagues go to the apartment to receive you. Because of not having informed us at any time of your arrival time or be available to the contact phone number that you provided in your reservation, we could not contact you or know what time you would arrive, that´s why our partner needed a little time to go to the apartment when you informed us that you were at the door. La persiana de una de las habitaciones esta rota y no se podia subir. No tener donde dejar las maletas cuando dejas el apartamento hasta tu hora de vuelta es un problema importante.

Sentimos las molestias con las maletas tras su salida, pero no contamos con un espacio físico en el apartamento destinado a guardar las maletas, y al ser su salida en domingo, tampoco pudimos ofrecerle dejarlas en nuestra oficina al estar cerrada. Es por ello por lo que recomendamos en estos casos una empresa consigna de maletas ajena a nosotros. Esperamos que a pesar de ello hayan disfrutado de su estancia. Saludos
Es fehlt in beiden Badezimmern eine Ablage und es ist etwas hellhörig. Das sind aber nur kleine Mankos.
We had to wait until 3:30 p.m. to check in because the apartment wasn’t ready (they were still cleaning). Management was not aware of a way to get to the apartment from the parking garage without having to go up steps. We stumbled across it. Thus was important because my wife is in a wheel chair (unfortunately she fractured a bone in her foot during our vacation).
Gli infissi andrebbero cambiati perchè sono un pò vecchi e quindi vibrano e si sentono dei rumori.Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire del check out tardivo. Ci vorrebbe qualche boccetta in più di gel per la doccia.nonostante i due bagni fossero grandi manca il bidet.

beaucoup de retard pour la transmission des clès pour la literie puisqu’il y a 2 chambres je propose de mettre 1 avec lit double et 1 avec lits sépares et il faut revoir la salle de bain qui dégage une odeur des égouts merci

El acceso es un poco complicado pues hay que tomar dos ascensores porque se entra a través de otro edificio pero no es significativo. En esa terraza Intermedia se deposita la basura del edificio lo que hacía olor desagradable pero solo ahí...en el departamento estaba impecable
O apartamento é excelente, exatamente como divulgado nas fotos. Muito bem iluminado e com uma linda vista. Ficamos muito satisfeitos.

Fantastisk lägenhet mycket ljud från kyrkklockor dygnet runt och tyvärr från gatorna eftersom lägenheten 5tr ligger så centralt. Det har inget med lägenheten att göra utan ljudlig omgivning. Garaget i El corte Inglese fungerade perfekt 20€ per dygn ligger vägg ivägg med boendet Toppen helg vi kommer tillbaks

Cher Yasser, merci pour ton commentaire. Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez aimé l´appartement, en particulier son confort et son équipement complet. D´autre part, en ce qui concerne les nids des oiseaux de l´extérieur, nous ressentons s´ils ont causé un inconfort. Nous allons essayer de trouver une solution à ce sujet. En ce qui concerne le nombre de lits, pensez qu´il y a une certaine confusion. Il est clairement spécifié que l´appartement dispose de deux chambres avec deux lits simples chacune, plus un canapé-lit double. Nous ne comprenons pas où vous avez vu que vous avez 7 lits ... En fait, vous avez fait la réservation pour 6 adultes, donc nous supposons qu´une personne de plus est restée. Salutations
The door of the bathroom is broken they told me about this when I did my check in !!! on the next day the technician man came and fix it take 40 min and wasted my time I spent 3 days only . So they should be more professional and checking the apartment before the guest.

We could not repair it earlier because the same day of your arrival, the previous customers left at 11am, so until it was not the cleaner we did not detect that damage and we repaired it as soon as possible. In the case of having caused an inconvenience for you, we could have done it after your departure or enter with your permission even if you were away, so you do not have to waste your time on it. Delikat og lekkert innredet, lyst og trivelig. AC og smart-TV i stue/soverom, wifi inkludert, utsikt, alt utstyr lett tilgjengelig. Mye for pengene sammenlignet med andre leiligheter i Sevilla. Absolutt anbefalt.
Helt bagatellmessig: Ville gjerne hatt en kaffitrakter eller presskanne, men det gikk greit med vannkoker og instant coffee.
The windows let through too much noise, they should be double glazed. Also the window in the living area rattles with the wind, not ideal if the 5th and 6th persons are sleeping there. Only minor points, a great apartment.
Las zonas comunes antes de entrar al piso, aunque no tiene que ver mucho con el interior del mismo. Por decir algo, las almohadas son mejorables y al estar cerca de todo y casi en El Centro, las campanas son una compañía que tal vez a algunos no guste mucho.
