Genteel Catedral Terrace II se encuentra en el segundo piso de un edificio elegante formado por tres apartamentos dispuestos en tres plantas, y que se sitúa en la calle Alemanes en Sevilla. La azotea del edificio, que se encuentra en la cuarta planta y a la que se accede saliendo del apartamento (acceso en ascensor solo hasta la tercera planta) está dividida en terrazas privadas, y una de ellas pertenece a este apartamento, con vistas espectaculares de la Catedral.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:

Bed in voorste slaapkamer was erg onhandig opgebouwd, de linker voorpoot stak erg ver naar voren uit waardoor ik me pijnlijk gestoten heb aan mijn voet. Was de poot naar achteren toe gemonteerd, dan was dit niet gebeurd.
Lage wegen nächtlichem Dauerlärm nicht optimal. Bis ca. 1 h Touristenlärm (ok), ab ca. 2 h Kanalreinigung und Straßenreinigung (jede Nacht!)

I didn´t like the noise of the bells from the cathedral,the apartment is right next to it,easily solved with some silicone ear plugs.The view made up for the noise.The pictures are the view from the roof terrace of the Seville cathedral.

Thank you very much for your comment. We are sorry to hear that you and your family did not enjoy in our apartment. In your Booking.com confirmation you can see that the apartment has only 2 bedrooms, so if you are a family of 6 people it would have been better to book another bigger apartment. It should be added that the price was not increased for the two additional people, so we hosted your children for free. As for the photos, in Booking.com we have 3 different apartments advertised, each with their photos that correspond faithfully to reality, perhaps you confused the photos of your apartment with the others ones. Anyway, we would have liked to be advised of your disagreement during your stay, so we could have acted on time and offer you an alternative. We really hope you enjojed your time in the city despite this.

Ils sont situés sur le toit de l´immeuble, mais ils sont privés, chaque appartement ayant le sien et n´étant pas partagé avec le reste des appartements. Spacious, comfortable and clean
The second double bed is of smaller size, ok for two kids or one adult, but limiting for two users where adult or grown teenager are included. Key hand-over after 21:00 has an extra fee and the lady left me waiting on the street (while no answering our call) for fifteen minutes despite I have given her a call 20 mins in advance as requested. My query about the mentioned airpt. transfer in the pre-stay @ communication was never answered.
War mit ein paar Freunden in Sevilla. Die Lage des Apartments hat mir einfach sehr gefallen. Alles war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war auch sehr freundlich.
The room was just like the pictures! Beautiful & in a perfect location. It also had a terrace on the top floor.
C´est exactement comme sur les photos !! Merveilleux! La vue de la terrasse qui est sur le toit est sublime! Directement sur la cathédrale. Cet appartement est idéalement placé, il est près de tout.

Chère Emmanuelle, nous n´avons vraiment pas compris vos plaintes ni vos commentaires, car ils sont complètement faux. L´appartement que vous avez réservé dispose d´une terrasse, elle est privée et unique pour votre appartement situé sur le toit de l´immeuble. Il est vrai que pour y accéder, vous devez quitter votre appartement et monter deux étages (ou l´ascenseur plus un étage), mais vos demandes sont complètement fausses. Booking.com permet uniquement d´indiquer si l´appartement dispose d´une terrasse ou non, mais pas s´il est situé à l´intérieur ou à l´extérieur de l´appartement. Malgré tout, nous vous envoyons un e-mail contenant des informations utiles et un lien vers notre site Web. Vous y trouverez des informations plus détaillées sur votre appartement. Il est expliqué comment la terrasse se trouve et comment y accéder, mais peut-être ne l´avez-vous pas lue. De plus, nous avons offert la possibilité à titre exceptionnel qu´il soit parti et nous avons rendu l´argent, mais vous n´avez pas accepté. Le lendemain de son arrivée, nous l´avons appelé au téléphone pour essayer de trouver une autre solution, mais il nous a dit qu´il ne voulait pas nous parler et il nous a raccrochés. Nous lui avons écrit en lui offrant la possibilité de les reloger dans un autre appartement avec nos 4 chambres et notre terrasse privée, mais il a choisi de rester dans l´appartement d´origine. Nous lui avons apporté toute notre aide et notre assistance dans toutes ses plaintes, dont certaines sans fondement. Nous sommes heureux de savoir qu’au moins l’emplacement vous convenait et nous remercions votre mari et vos enfants de leur gentillesse envers nous. Salutations
We stayed 7 nights so one clean of the apartment would have been appreciated.
El aseo lo podrían reformar, plato ducha mejor que bañera.
Not a problem, but people should know that the roof top terrace is divided in two areas where two different appartments have their own terrace, but they are still next to each other. The room facing the street has a little bit of noise, not a problem for us though.

Location was amazing! Right in the centre, walking distance to all the sights. Michelin plate (not star) restaurant downstairs and lots of cafes and shops around.
Apartment is starting to look old and shabby. Beds were basic and not comfortable. Kitchen facilities were basic - most apartments now offer modern coffee machines but Genteel provides an old-style coffee filter machine with no filter paper!
La terrasse ne fait pas partie de l´appartement. L´appartement est au 2eme alors que la terrasse est au 4eme !

Effectivement, la terrasse n´est pas à l´intérieur de l´appartement, mais cela est déjà expliqué et précisé dans les caractéristiques de l´appartement. Par contre, nous ne comprenons pas ce que vous voulez dire lorsque vous dites que la terrasse n’est pas privée. C´est faux, les trois appartements de Genteel Home Catedral ont une terrasse privée, en aucun cas la terrasse de chaque appartement n´est partagée avec les autres locataires. Salutations
