L’appartement est situé dans un immeuble classique avec de beaux espaces communs aménagés. Un havre de paix et de silence au coeur de Séville.

En entrant dans l’appartement au dernier étage, nous trouvons un joli salon donnant sur la terrasse privée, beau et meublé avec mobilier de jardin, calme et reposant. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, elle est spacieuse et donne également sur la terrasse privée. Le salon a une salle à manger pour 8 personnes et une zone confortable pour se détendre avec un canapé et des fauteuils.

En descendant les escaliers, nous trouvons les 4 chambres à coucher, deux d’entre elles avec deux lits simples de 0,90 x 2,00 chacune et les deux autres avec un lit double de 1,50 x 2,00. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes, l’une avec douche et l’autre avec baignoire, en suite dans l’une des chambres.

La rue Glass est l’une des plus belles de Séville. Elle est située dans le vieux quartier juif de la ville, entourée de rues étroites, de belles maisons-palais et d’églises uniques. Un endroit très sûr, calme et parfait pour connaître l’histoire de Séville.

Il est également très proche des principaux monuments: la cathédrale, l’Alcázar, la Giralda, l’Archivo de Indias, tout est à quelques minutes à pied.

Walkable distance to everywhere. Cosy place, many restaurants nearby. All the rooms are downstairs, need to carry the luggages there.

The location of the house is still good. You can go to all parts of the scenic spot on foot. But the nearby parking lot costs 25 Euro a day. There are two floors above and below the house. The living room and kitchen are upstairs. The room and bathroom are downstairs. There is no problem for six of us.

Great place - location can´t be beat. Right in the heart of the historic district, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. Amazing patio, well-stocked kitchen supplies, and very comfortable bedrooms.

Wow, what a stellar apartment. Even better than the photos. Perfect for our group of 7 people. Plenty of space to relax indoor and out; had all the amenities and little luxuries we could ask for... Dreaming of a return visit soon.

Pablo’s apartment provided us with a lovely and comfortable home during our stay in Seville. The support team was also very responsive and efficient and reached out to us even before we arrived and constantly checked on us during our stay to find out if there was anything we needed. The apartment is well furnished and clean, with a complete set of utensils in the kitchen which made it easy for us to cook breakfast before going out. Wardrobes in the bedrooms had good hangers inside. Coming from Malaysia, we appreciated the fact that the central heating worked well! Do note however that although there is a washing machine, it does not come with a dryer. Apartment is centrally located and close to many visitor attractions. Would definitely come back for another stay!

This apartment is in a great location, a lovely traditional building in a residential area close to everything that is great about Seville. The terrace is glorious in the sunshine, the apartment is well equipped and clean, plenty of space for 6 of us too and super comfy beds! We had a couple of DIY issues relating to a blocked sink, the communication and response was very quick and sorted the issue out no problem. Also airport transfer arranged through the owners which was very smooth to organise and prompt.

Having stayed in other properties managed by Genteel we felt this apartment was below their high standards.
To access the property you need to go through a gate to the courtyard then the door to the building then the door to the apartment all of which require keys and out of 3 sets of keys only one was reliable. Some of the keys did not work no matter how much you "jiggled" them in the locks.
There was little street noise but the same could not be said of the neighbours, slamming doors, children screaming in the middle of the night, singing, shouting, building work......not condudive to a good nights sleep.
Two of the bedrooms are quite small and the airconditioning in the bedrooms is totally ineffectual.
Due to the huge and unecessary dining table the living area is cramped with only a 2 seater sofa and 2 uncomfortable easy chairs........as the apartment sleeps 8 if it was full 4 other people would have to sit on dining chairs.

The roof terrace was nice with outdoor furniture but no sun loungers and no umbrellas or anything to provide shade

The small rooftop swimming pool was empty and closed as it was the end of the season even though the temperature was still 34 degrees.
The living room doors need replacing as you could see daylight through their lower wooden pannels.

The TV had no English language channels at all.

Even though the apartment is in a great location we would not stsy here again as it is cramped and uncomfortable.

Nice appartment in a very good location for exploring Seville! Only a few minutes walk away from the old town and many Of Sevilles attractions. Appartment was perfectly cleaned on our arrival :) Would definately rent again! :)

AMAZING patio!! Super cute apartment, very spacious. Please note that the living/dining/kitchen/patio are on the entry level of the apartment and the bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the lower 2nd level. The stairs are wood and a bit small if you have large suitcases. The neighborhood was great, cute places to eat and relax. Communication with us throughout our stay was good as well. We loved our stay here!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. The terrace in particular is sensational. The apartment has lots of glasses and plates etc, so eating in with eight people was very comfortable. The location is great and everything is within walking distance. I would absolutely stay there again.

A lovely, well presented and clean apartment with lots of space to spread out. The roof top patio was amazing and great for lazy breakfasts and late suppers. Centrally located to town. Importantly the apartment was really quiet - no street or car noise. Just make sure the pool is up and running before you book - it was very green during our stay!

Lovely apartment - we were a group of 3 couples and the accommodation was fine for us. Comfortable bedrooms and sitting room . Outside terrace and dining area were particularly nice. The apartment is within a courtyard and, although easy to get to some of the tourist spots - the cathedral and the Alcazar- the apartment was very quiet and peaceful . No traffic noise!

La maison est spacieuse avec sa magnifique terrasse. Les chambres sont toutes au même niveau ce qui est agréable, lorsque l’on voyage avec des enfants. Un peu de bruit car les appartements sont mitoyens et les escaliers séparés d’une cloison. Mais c’était très supportable, d’autant qu’à 8 nous devions nous aussi faire un peu de bruit. Nous avons bien dormi, les literies sont de bonnes qualité. Il y a des odeurs de canalisation dans l’une des salles de bain, mais je pense que c’est souvent le cas à Séville car c’est une vieille ville. Nous avons passé d’agréables moments et les équipements sont fidèles à ce qui est indiqué. L’appartement est bien placé, nous avons tout visité à pieds avec 2 enfants de 9 et 5 ans. Pablo a été réactif. Bonne communication. Ville magnifique!

Great place with lovely rooftop balcony. Close to the cathedral and palace. They left restaurant recommendations which we amazing! Great place and very comfortable.

Good location in the middle of the old town. Walking distance to all the tourist spots, and offers good restaurants around the corners. Top floor is kitchen and living area, down the stairs are the bedrooms. Pretty historic house, therefore the wooden stairs make some noises walking down. Room´s noise isolation is not great. But all of these is expected as the house is pretty historic.
