C’est un magnifique appartement situé sur la rue Julio César, l’un des meilleurs et des plus recherchés de la ville.
Le bâtiment lui-même est très exclusif, même s’il a été récemment restauré, c’est un bâtiment centenaire, avec un seul appartement à chaque étage, ascenseur et finitions de haute qualité. De plus, l’ancien mur de la ville de Séville (XIIe siècle) fait presque partie du même bâtiment, c’est l’une des raisons pour lesquelles il est inscrit au patrimoine de la ville.
Déjà située dans la maison elle-même, on trouve une grande cuisine derrière l’entrée, avec un îlot central, le tout meublé avec des matériaux et des finitions de qualité. Il est entièrement équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin et avec certains détails qui dénotent la qualité et le soin de tous les aspects de la maison (machine à café Nespreso, mélangeur Smeg, etc.). En continuant à travers la cuisine, nous arrivons au salon avec vue sur l’extérieur face à la rue Julio César, avec une orientation sud-ouest, ce qui garantit de nombreuses heures d’ensoleillement. Il est également décoré avec des meubles haut de gamme au design élégant. En profiter en entreprise est l’une des meilleures expériences que cet appartement vous offrira.
En retournant par la cuisine, nous atteignons la zone de couchage. Les deux chambres sont intérieures mais avec la lumière naturelle et absolument silencieuses, ce qui, en combinaison avec les lits de haute qualité, garantira un repos complet pendant les vacances. Les chambres donnent sur la cour intérieure où se trouvent les vestiges du mur de Séville, un luxe disponible dans très peu de maisons sévillanes. L’une des chambres a un lit double de 1,50 x 2,00 et l’autre a deux lits de 0,90 x 2,00. Les deux chambres sont en suite, chacune avec un bac à douche.
L’emplacement de l’appartement est magnifique, la rue Julio César est l’une des plus demandées par les sévillans en raison de la qualité de leurs maisons et de la catégorie de la rue elle-même. Il est situé dans le centre-ville, à quelques minutes des principales attractions telles que la cathédrale, la tour Giralda ou le palais de l’Alcazar. En outre, dans la région, il y a d’innombrables petits bars à tapas, restaurants, boutiques historiques sévillanes, supermarchés, etc.
Sans aucun doute, l’appartement Julio César est la combinaison parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent un séjour très spécial à Séville.

The apartment is very well located. It is quite easy to reach any interesting places from it. It is a modern apartment with nice furniture and a very well-equipped kitchen. Wifi is with proper speed. The apartment is clean. I was in contact with a lady on WhatsApp before arrival, We shared the time of landing and when we landed we exchanged messages and she was right in time when we arrived at the apartment. She provided us with all the relevant information we needed for our stay together with advice on where to go, with good tips for restaurants. She was very nice.

The location was perfect, this apartment met all our needs, it was extremely comfortable, very clean and it included all the facilities you could ever require to complete a lovely stay. The host was very welcoming and extremely helpful, they even kept in contact to make sure our journey went smoothly. Even in extreme heat it was lovely to sit in beautiful surroundings and cool off. The apartment on the website looks beautiful, but I have to say that in person this apartment is stunning! We would definitely come and stay again as we have fallen in love with Seville!

The man who helped us on arrival was very friendly and gave us all tips and a tour of the apartment. They would also have good contact and account with you before you arrive.
