I enjoyed my stay in this apartment!
It was a very clean and well furnished apartment. I loved the terrace that it had!
There were some small things missing in the kitchen, such as a cutting board and the bucket for the mop

no habia desayuno. no habia ascensor. Alguien intento entrar al apartamento a las 19h.

Genteel Home: Estimado Enric, gracias por su comentario. Efectivamente, tal y como está indicado el edificio no cuenta con ascensor como ocurre en muchos edificios del centro histórico de la ciudad. Respecto al incidente sobre que alguien intentara acceder a su apartamento, le pedimos disculpas ya que desconocíamos este hecho por completo y no fue causado por nadie de nuestro personal. Quizá pudo ser algún huésped de otro de nuestros apartamentos por confusión. En cualquier caso le pedimos disculpas por ello y esperamos que hayan disfrutado igualmente de su estancia. Saludos.

Perfect choice for group of people
The location was perfect, easy access for everything, clean and safe
Extra money 50 € for check in , which is an convenient moreover very early check out 11:00 am.

Genteel Home: Dear Majdeddin, thanks for your comment. We are very glad that you liked the studio apartment in all aspects. About the check in procedure, as indicated is a tourist apartment located in a residential building, so there is no reception in the building. For this reason the check in time is from 3pm to 9pm, having an extra cost if it is later than that hour for the person who go at night time exceptionally to receive you. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoyed your stay. Regards.

Уютные небольшие апартаменты, оснащенные необходимой посудой и техникой. Есть терраса. Близко к пляжу и центру. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Через дорогу есть платный паркинг (около 20-25 евро), автомобиль также можно запарковать бесплатно в километре, напротив пляжа, а также напротив порта со стороны парка. С места парковки до апартаментов можно доехать за 1 евро на электро-самокате.
Грязное, липкое покрытие на террасе, выходя с которой, как следствие, пачкаешь пол.

It located in the town centre. It is very convenient for shopping and going to anywhere.
There was only the internet problem. It was weak and slow on the data speed even the Wifi signal was ok. Therefore the Wifi was disconnected sometimes.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Malaga si bien que nous pensons y retourner. Proximité de tous commerces et sites touristiques. Très peu de chaines (télévision) fonctionnaient.

Love Malaga, but would not recommend this property.
Location was good for local transport to airport and good base for beach/city.

It was the first time that we had a problem with the pigeons and we responded as quick as we could. we apologise for the inconvenience and we hope that besides this matter the rest of your stay was positive .

Lovely studio in excellent location
Excellent location - we had everything on our doorstep. Cosy little studio, perfect for solo traveller or couple. Spacious terrace and comfortable bed. Huge thanks to our host, Gema for her great recommendations, she was really helpful and spoke excellent English which was great for us, not being Spanish speakers.
WiFi wasn’t great but we didn’t spend much time inside anyway so wasn’t really a problem.

Mit im Herzen von Malta.
Sauber, gemütlich - für einen Kurzurlaub einfach perfekt. Gleich nebenan befindet sich eine Pargarage, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist.
Nur als Hinweis: Wenn man das erste mal dort anreist ist zu beachten, dass das Apartment von außen nicht beschriftet ist, auch an der Türklingel steht nichts, ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit.

Nice apartment. Great location but noise from stairwell and other rooms could be an issue.
The use of a washing machine, iron and ironing board was really handy. Great to have a private terrace. Apartment was very quiet most of the time.
Unfortunately the pigeons loved the terrace too! We had a sleepless night on Sunday evening/ Monday morning from noisy neighbours in room C arguing and banging and crashing about.

Unfortunately it is difficult to fully stop the pigeons: We took actions with deterrents for the terrace but we will try and look further into this. We are glad the facilities were useful and we will keep continuing to improve our service.

At der var mange duer.

Super tolle Lage- man ist schnell im Zentrum der Stadt. Schick und modern eingerichtetes Apartment! Balkon super zum frühstücken geeignet.
Bessere Einrichtung der Küche u.a. Backofen. Aber für unseren Aufenthalt war es vollkommen ausreichend :)

Belinda and her husband are superfriendly, helpfull and organized. Everything worked out perfectly and we felt really comfortable. The apartement was nice, clean and quiet. Thumps up!!!

Estudio muy bonito. Podría estar más limpio teniendo en cuenta que te cobran la limpieza aparte.
El apartamento es muy bonito, está decorado con mucho gusto y resulta acogedor. La ubicación es estupenda y tiene un parking público en la misma calle. La anfitriona, Belinda, encantadora. Se ofreció a aconsejarnos sobre lugares que visitar, pero como íbamos a un evento, no teníamos tiempo de hacer turismo. El estudio está muy bien equipado, tiene de todo y es muy cómodo.
La limpieza, en nuestro caso, no fue lo esperado: había mosquitos aplastados contra el techo, una sartén que fuimos a usar tenía restos de comida pegada y la alfombra y la mesita estaban llenas de manchas. Además, la mitad de los canales de la TV no se veían.

Very nice place near everything. All needed was in appartment. Belinda was awesome, friedly and give good advises.

Belinda was the best host! She provided us with lots of information and recommendations. She was even willing to drop everything and help us out. The studio was extremely clean, and comfortable. The private terrace was also a great bonus. The location is great, 10minutes walk from the city centre and walking distance to the beach. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in the area too. I would definitely return!

The apartments were all decorated beautifully and the outdoor areas were an added bonus! Furthermore, the location couldn´t have been better! Had such a wonderful time in Malaga and would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

La ubicación es muy buena. La chica que nos recibió (Belinda) muy dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo. Ya nos estaba esperando para darnos las llaves. Muy buenas recomendaciones para ir a sitios. El estudio es suficiente para dos personas. Tiene lavadora, cafetera, tostador, microondas y demás enseres para cocinar y una pequeña terraza muy agradable.
Hubo un pequeño problema pues nos salió una gotera del techo. Aunque era por la noche cuando la descubrimos llamamos a Belinda y nos solucionó el problema con la mayor rapidez. Había obras en otros apartamentos y olía mucho a pintura y barniz. La televisión no se veía nada bien.
