About accommodation

This cozy and spacious duplex, decorated and furnished to the highest quality and modern style, is located in a renovated building placed in a emblematic place of the Albaicín.

On the first floor is the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the private terrace:

The living room is very spacious through which you can access to the private terrace to enjoy the wonderful views of the city.
The kitchen and the living room are adjacent with seating for up to six people. The kitchen has all the equipment necessary to make a full use of it.

Then, on the second floor, you will find three bedrooms with the toilet. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds and every bedroom has a wardrobe, of course the bed linen and towels are included and the bathroom includes a bathtub.

A peculiarity of the Alminar VII apartment, gives that strategic situation I mentioned before, is that from it, you will be able to enjoy beautiful views of the city, a true rare privilege in the city of Granada. To the center of the city, you can go on foot. Also, you will be able to enjoy the gastronomy, giving a treat to your palate in some restaurants or "tapas" bars of the city.

We loved Granada and this property. The location was perfect -- just six-minute walk to Plaza Neuva and two minutes to a gorgeous little square. Visit Restaurant Ocana for some amazing paella. and In the mornings enjoy your coffee on the patio overlooking the Cathedral. The view from the patio is absolutely stunning! It is beautifully furnished and gorgeous in its modern design. It has everything you need and they even deliver groceries for your stay (all at a very reasonable price). The employees are also extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. Only word of warning: Hope your car is small because the roads to the place are extremely narrow, but that´s the charm of Granada.
