Very nicely furnished modern two bedroom three bath townhome with a balcony and a little patio facing a privat courtyard. Well equipped kitchen. Downstairs is a bit dark but upstairs bedrooms are bright and sunny. Perfect size for a family of four. Nice, quiet location in the Albaicin quarter, only a short walk from Plaza Nueva away. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This flat was clean and comfortable, and very big for four people. The furnishings are modern and spare, and the interior of the flat has little character or warmth, while the overall building is pretty interesting. The bathrooms are well appointed, although one of them smelled like sewage so we didn´t use the shower (and we forgot to mention it to the staff, so it didn´t affect our rating here). The weather while we were in Granada was cool and damp, so the place was quiet and we didn´t use the outdoor areas. The location was excellent, easy walking distance to the bottom of the hill with the Alhambra and lots of restaurants and other businesses. Getting a car there is tricky, as the streets become quite narrow and there is only one passable route in and out, and the keypads for coded entry don´t work very well. The flat is in a fairly large set of tourist apartments, which is run a bit like a hotel. We would stay here again.
