L´appartamento era in una posizione centralissima ma nel contempo in una via priva di locali e poco rumorosa. Il mobilio e in generale l´appartamento era tutto nuovo e pulito. Molto comodi e funzionali i bagni e le relative docce.
Essendo noi in 6 abbiamo dovuto usufruire del divano letto e, se pur abbastanza comodo, non è comodissimo per 2 persone grandi. Dalle foto, fatte con un bel grandangolare, le dimensioni delle camere e del soggiorno appaiono superiori alla realtà.

The person who met us at the apt was very pleasant and good in explaining where to find the stuff in the apt. Location is walking distance to TrIana, Alcazar, Giralda, Cathedral, restaurants , bars and other sites in old town Seville. Quiet area at night. This is so Dirty! I will not go back!
The 2 bedrms/2bathrms we rented we had to take the elevator to “1” and apt 1. It is SO DIRTY and this place charged over 70 euros for cleaning . What a joke! The AC control panel in the 2nd bedroom with the bathroom did not work and was beeping constantly like a smoke alarm beep when battery is dead. Luckily there was a sofa bed in the living room, where the beeping noise could still be heard but not as loud. The tech came to look at it but did not come back to fix it . We endured this beeping noise for 4 days! The stove did not work either. We used the microwave. I cannot recommend this place.

Apartment was centrally located, a few minutes walk from the cathedral, with bars, restaurants and a supermarket near by. The keys were handed over in person, the check in team were great, very friendly and informative.
The kitchen could have been better equipped, there were only two breakfast bowls and cooking facilities were limited

Com certeza os colchões e os travesseiros. Acho que seria uma medida acertada trocá-los. Deformam com o peso do corpo, tanto na parte interna quanto nas bordas. São muito ruins, mesmo. Senti também falta de um forno. Microondas alteram a consistência de alguns alimentos que gostaríamos de preparar, ou esquentar, como pizzas, por exemplo. Preferia ter um forno do que um microondas, caso não possa ter os dois.

La ubicación era excelente para visitar todo sin necesidad de utilizar el coche u otro medio de transporte. También el apartamento estaba impecable y no le faltaba un detalle, las camas comodiiiisimas, nos facilitaron una cuna y trona para nuestra hija, la calle muy tranquila y sin ruidos nocturnos. Todo perfecto. Incluso encontramos aparcamiento en la misma puerta del alojamiento(zona Azul), ya que durante las noches se quedan muchos sitios libres y si madrugas un poquito por la mañana lo consigues. Muy agradecida tmb a la anfitriona pues nos retrasamos en la llegada y nos esperó pacientemente y nos recibió con una sonrisa a pesar del retraso. Sin duda alguna muy recomendable. Cuando volvamos a Sevilla nos alojaremos otra vez aquí!!
Quizás la habitación con la cuna se quedaba un poco justita de espacio, y echamos de menos un exprimidor para hacer zumito por las mañanas.

Le agradecemos sus amables palabras sobre la ubicación. Verdaderamente, nuestro apartamento está situado en una zona inmejorable cerca de todos los lugares de interés y permite a los huéspedes disfrutar de toda la ciudad.
A los huéspedes que vienen en coche siempre informamos de los parkings más cercanos ya que no tienen la necesidad de usar el coche para disfrutar de Sevilla.

Het gebouw is ontzettend gehorig! Wanneer er iemand thuiskwam, leek het soms alsof ze in ons appartement stonden. Bijkomend was dat de bovenbuurvrouw erg luidruchtig was: met hakken lopen om 12u ‘s nachts, uitgaan om 2u ‘s nachts, terugkomen om 5.30u in de ochtend... steeds mét hakken en met de nodige decibels... Dit overschaduwde een beetje ons heerlijk verblijf in Sevilla..

No tenemos ninguna pega
The apartment had a distinctive smell - not a really bad smell, but not a really pleasant smell.
Muy buena ubicación, en plena zona monumental. Lola y Fátima encantadoras, pendientes de nosotros en todo momento, incluso se encargaron de hacernos la reserva en el parking. Totalmente recomendable para estancias en Sevilla.
El apartamento es tal cual como en las fotos. Muy cómodo. Se nota que es nuevo, bien cuidado y la atención de Lola que nos hizo el check-in inmejorable. Nos dejó una lista de recomendaciones de lugares para comer. Definitivamente repetiría si vuelvo a Sevilla

Les pedimos disculpas por el retraso a la hora de recibirles en el apartamento, pero al no habernos informado con antelación de su hora de llegada y no haber podido contactarles al teléfono que facilitaron para hacer la reserva, no sabíamos a qué hora llegarían. Esperamos que a pesar de ello hayan disfrutado de su estancia y nos alegra saber que les ha gustado el apartamento. Saludos
En el piso de arriba están haciendo obras y ha sido molesto porque empiezan a picar muy temprano y no paran en todo el día.

It was great compact apartment. Lost all electrical power overnight, the very helpful nieghours were able to unlock the meter cupboard downstairs and reset the meter. The Genteel staff did not respond until late the next morning.

L´appartement se situe dans un immeuble relativement mal insonorisé.
El alojamiento en sí y su situación. Un apartamento muy agradable, cómodo y decorado con gusto. Muy bien situado a escasos metros del centro histórico de Sevilla.
Nos resultó incómodo la consigna para el equipaje, nos ofrecieron el servicio pero en otro edificio bastante alejado lo que nos resultó incómodo.
Houve um problema com a água quente mas foi prontamente resolvido pelas anfitriãs, que se demonstraram muito atenciosas.
