Les photos ne correspondent pas au mobilier de l’appartement ! Lit double tout petit en longueur. Pas super propre dans les coins, et la salle de bain.

Die Geräuschkulisse draußen ist sehr laut. Klar es ist ggü von der Kathedrale, aber auch die .Glascontainer werden mitten in der Nacht geleert.

We did have an issue with the toilet door unable to be opened and was stuck inside, but managed to get out!! Email Jaime and the next morning it was repaired, well done.

About the noise, you have to understand that its perfect location in the heart of the city makes that there is always life in the street. 시설이 좀 더 깨끗하면 좋을것 같아요. 샤워실 물살이 너무 약해요~
We found it rather noisy at night from folks on the street. Car parking is a 10 minute walk away. We only had one set of towels for 5 days.

Ils sont situés sur le toit de l´immeuble, mais ils sont privés, chaque appartement ayant le sien et n´étant pas partagé avec le reste des appartements. Some street noise and the Giralda bells made sleeping difficult sometimes.

Aunque no suele ocurrir, la chica que iba a recibirles tuvo un problema personal de última hora y tuvimos que contactar con otra compañera para que se desplazara a recibirles, motivo por el que a pesar de haber buscado una solución lo antes posible a este imprevisto, tuvimos este pequeño retraso. Esperamos que a pesar de ello hayan disfrutado de su estancia con nosotros y nos alegra mucho saber que la céntrica ubicación frente a la Catedral y las vistas desde su terraza fuera de su agrado. Sehr klein! Alles etwas eng. Küche roch extrem nach Putzmittel und war trotzdem nicht wirklich sauber, haben deshalb auch nichts benutzt.

I admint I´m quite surprise about your comment, due to the pictures of our apartment show what it really is, so a think maybe you saw the pictures of the other apartment we have on this property which is bigger. And the cleanning is something we actually really proud of, we have a 9.1 as you can see, so it´s a pity you didn´t contact during your stay if you found something which wasn´t clean as it´s suppose, you didn´t contact us to go and clean it up. Emplacement magnifique, juste en face de la cathédrale. On sort sur le joli balcon et on est littéralement face à face avec la cathédrale. Petit appartement propre, rénové, correctement équipé et parfait pour visiter le centre de Séville.
Stationnement un peu difficile à trouver.

周末大教堂会很早有钟声，影响睡眠。楼下人多，略吵。卧室较小
이틀 묵었는데 수건을 안 바꿔 주셨어요. 청소는 원래 안 해주는듯 한데, 수건도 안 주심 ㅜㅜ 리셉션이 따로 있어서 별도로 요청하기도 번거로워 그냥 사용했어요.
Posizione centralissima. Terrazza con vista stupenda sulla Giralda. Gestore gentile, preciso nel darci informazioni sul parcheggio più vicino e puntuale nel portarci le chiavi. Appartamento pulito e arredato con gusto. La sicurezza dello stabile dotato di due portoni all’ingresso sempre chiusi.
Il divano letto che dovrebbe fungere da secondo letto matrimoniale non è dotato di un vero materasso ed è impossibile fissare le lenzuola. I miei figli l’hanno trovato scomodo. Per accedere al bagno è necessario passare nella camera da letto recando disturbo a chi la abita. Inoltre, essendo l’interruttore della luce all’esterno del bagno, ogni volta che si apre la porta del bagno la stanza da letto si illumina a giorno. Se si è in 4 non c’è spazio per mangiare nè in cucina nè nel soggiorno, ma solo sulla terrazza. Abbiamo convissuto con un ronzio perpetuo, la cui origine o causa non abbiamo identificato, che di notte ha fatto da sottofondo al sonno dei miei figli.
Great location, very nice apartment and most important of all: perfect host. Jaime was always there for us: helping with the luggage, providing best restaurants tips (which, indeed, offered not just very good food but also the atmosphere that you are looking for and can never find when you are just a visitor), arranging for midnight transportation on very short notice… in short – the host that would ensure that your stay isn’t just a nice stay, but a perfect vacation..

Beds super hard, uncomfortable, no covers on the duvets. No toilet paper, no soap in bathroom Did not look like the photo´s that were posted
Únicamente, a modo de sugerencia, una botella de agua en la nevera no hubiera venida nada mal con el calor que hacía.
But only 2/10 for the apartment itself, which is a real shame. Inside is very dated. Very. Old-fashioned. Feels like it´s missing avocado coloured bathroom set and furry toilet seat warmer. Kitchen is very cramped, in 70s style. One bathroom, which is in the bedroom and that makes it inconvenient for people to go in and out when others are asleep. Old, dated bathroom that did not feel clean. The only storage space is in the bedroom and the inside smell old. There are folded blankets in there that looked dumped and unhygienic. The apartment´s dimensions make it suitable for 2 people, although there is a sofa bed. There´s a lot of potential for this apartment. It just needs modernising. We spent so much time outside despite the heat of the summer so that we´d be really tired to think about the apartment when we get back and just sleep. The rooftop terrace view of the cathedral is like in the photo. But the chairs/tables are not set up. We weren´t sure if we had to set up ourself. Everytime our hearts sink when thinking about the apartment, we looked or went outside to the balcony to cheer up. The money that we paid was for the location and view.
Probably more suited to a couple rather than 4 people.
It is very clean and has everything you would need. bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk.
We will book again when we return.
Had a comfortable stay with my wife and 2yr old son. Would definitely recommend.
La terraza es muy amplia con unas vistas inmejorables, eso sí, cuando haga calor en Sevilla habrá que salir sólo por la noche a la terraza.
Un poquito de ruido debido a las campanadas de la catedral, pero soportable.

The interior is decorated tastefully, with plenty of room to relax in the living room area. The bedroom has a door for privacy, which is great if another person wants to watch TV or work in the living room. The beds were firm twin mattresses. The temperature was very comfortable, as we could adjust the central heating and cooling without any problems. The bathroom was very nice, and shower was always hot. The kitchen was a bit small, but we adapted to it, cooking many delicious meals during our month-long stay.
The location is right in the heart of the old city, overlooking Calle Alemanas and Av de la Constitucion, the main street where all the action is. All the major events and celebrations march right past this apartment, including the Seville Marathon, street parades and protests, street musicians, religious processions and the daily sound of horse drawn carriages.
We would highly recommend this flat to anyone who wants to experience a luxury apartment in a centrally located area of Seville.
