We spent 4 nights in Seville in May 2026 which is a very busy period - lots of local and international crowds, street music and non-stop positive energy day and night.

Our 1 bedroom flat (unit 1) was perfect for a short- or even long-stay for 2 people. It is managed with a very nice touch by Ignacio.

Incredibly well-lit and airy with plenty of windows and screens, the photos actually do not do it full justice. It was pure joy retreating to the serenity and quiet of the flat after a daytime excursion or late night out.

The flat is in a well-maintained older building that exudes peace and quiet despite being literally steps from the Alcázar and Giralda. The street is calm and colorful, just off from a beautiful small plaza with a fountain, and narrow streets with wonderful options for eating and drinking. Cleaning, maintenance and all the amenities were top notch.
