One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! Everything was immaculate. We were in the center of all the action with only a few minutes walk to get on the sightseeing bus. Lots of restaurants around us. Beds were Very comfortable and appliances were like new. Would definitely stay again! Pablo was wonderful on communication!

Excelente ubicación. Piso moderno. Volveremos!
La ubicación y que el piso era moderno, tenia aire acondicionado.
Uno de los vecinos en cuanto nos vio por la escalera sin conocernos nos amenazo que no hiciéramos ruido durante nuestra estancia de malos modos. Pero eso no tiene culpa la empresa tampoco.

This is the absolute best place to stay in Seville if you want to walking distance to many of its main attractions. Excellent location, and a well-appointed place that is even better than the pictures show. The hosts are helpful and responsive. We stayed here for the first half of our trip before switching to a hotel and I wish we would have stayed here the entire time. It is near historical sites, shopping, flamenco shows, bars, restaurants, and more, yet is still quiet as it is off of a side street. My highest accolade is to say that I would without hesitation stay here again. I am a frequent traveler and this was among my top stays at an Airbnb.

Great place. I was a little hesitant bc it didn’t have a lot a reviews, but that’s because it’s new. 1. Great location; cool neighborhood with tons of tapas places and very close to cathedral 2. Great apartment. Everything you need. Quiet (faces interior courtyard), great natural light and great lighting, comfortable beds, nice bathroom 3. Fast wifi. Worked from there all week with no problems 4. Grocery store around the corner

Muy buena estancia

We stayed at Pablos appartment for five days and we really enjoyed our stay. The appartment is newly renovated and really beautifull. The photos actually don’t lie. 😉 The beds are super comfortable. All the main attractions are walking distance away. Our only complaint was the construction in the building which was quite loud every morning (from around 8:00 or 8:30 until afternoon). Everything else was super nice and we were really having a great time.

Apartamento de diseño, perfecto para una familia: en muy buena zona, cerca del centro, pero en calle sin ruidos. Ascensor. Cocina suficientemente equipada, camas cómodas y salón amplio que nos han permitido pasar unos días estupendos. Desayunamos y cenamos en casa por los peques, y el resto del día, a disfrutar. Es muy caro, aunque lo entiendo por la ubicación y la calidad del apartamento.

Séjour confortable dans un très bel appartement bien situé.
Appartement très bien décoré et lumineux. Cuisine bien équipée, cependant nous aurions aimé avoir un lave-vaisselle plutôt qu´un grand congélateur qui ne nous a servi à rien pour un séjour court. Dans la cuisine il n´y avait pas assez de linge pour faire la vaisselle à la main. L´appartement étant loué pour 4 personnes, il faudrait prévoir le matériel pour accrocher 4 serviettes dans la salle de bain. Le séjour est très agréable à vivre, les chambres belles et confortables. La présence d´une supérette bien fournie juste à côté était extrêmement pratique. Notre hôte était agréable, il nous a bien montré l´appartement et largement renseignés sur la ville.
Une heure d´attente pour entrer dans l´appartement. Notre hôte a été retardé par un client qu´il a dû aider. Cependant il a su compenser notre attente en ne nous faisant pas payer le supplément pour arrivée aprés 21h.

La proximité par rapport a la plupart des monuments

A localizaçã e comodidade são os pontos fortes.

Останавливались с 6 по 9 июля. Квартира близко к центру. Все достопримечательности и ресторанчики в шаговой доступности. Квартира чистая. В ванной шампуни, гели фирменные. Приветственный кофе и какие-то еще комплименты. Фото полностью соответствуют заявленным на booking. Кровати удобные. Есть лифт в доме - удобно тем, кто с чемоданами. Парковка есть вдоль дома - оплата в паркоматах. Либо подземная примерно в квартале от квартиры - мы ставили там. Сутки 18 евро. Последнюю ночь ставили возле дома - заплатили 1,7 евро в паркомате. Если бы не нюанс, который описываю в разделе "не понравилось", то вариант идеальный.
Списали деньги в сумме 331 евро два раза! С карты того, кто бронировал отель и с карты еще одного гостя. Пишем письма - надеюсь вернут незаконно списанные деньги. На кухне над столешницей расположено стекло ( не каленое и не предусмотренное для использования при высоких температурах - обычное стекло, как в окнах) над плитой стекло было треснувшее при заезде. Мы не придали этому значение, т.к.в целом квартира устроила полностью. Были очень удивлены, получив через некоторое время претензию от хозяев, что якобы это мы разбили стекло! Мы не причиняли вред квартире и не принимаем эту претензию. Однако с нас списали депозит 200 евро до подсчета ущерба - жэсть. Впервые с таким сталкиваюсь за многие годы путешествий. Рекомендую проверять каждый сантиметр в квартире)) если не хотите платить непредвиденные расходы.
