Este precioso apartamento dúplex está ubicado en una preciosa casa típica sevillana restaurada entre la calle Santa Teresa y la Plaza de Santa Cruz. En la restauración se han conservado tantos elementos arquitectónicos originales como ha sido posible, creando un espacio y entorno únicos donde nuestros huéspedes podrán disfrutar de una tranquilidad absoluta con todo el confort.
En este alojamiento se realizan servicios propios de la hostelería, concretamente:
• Limpieza de repaso y cambio de ropa de cama, toallas etc., de forma periódica, una por cada 6 noches de estancia (siempre para estancias superiores a 6 noches).
*Siempre que aparezca en su Confirmación de Reserva incluida en el precio, de lo contrario, tendría precio a parte.
*Posibilidad Limpieza periódica diaria, con precio a parte, a 12€/hora + IVA (mínimo 2 horas).
• Servicio de recepción y custodia de equipajes. Consultar.
• Servicio de Reserva de Transfer Privado (Aeropuerto o Estación). Consultar.
• Servicio de Reserva en algunos parkings públicos. Consultar.
• Servicios de restauración: desayunos, comidas o cenas en el apartamento. Consultar.

Sparsely furnished the kitchen was poorly equipped - the ´private´ terrace was beautiful but shared with another apartment.

la terrasse, l’emplacement
les odeurs de canalisation très fortes, l’accueil moyen, le manque de vaisselle et d’ustensiles pour ce prix, le lit double en 140, les salles de bain trop petites avec aucun espace autour du lavabo, pas assez de rangement dans la chambre du haut( seulement 4 cintres et pas d’étagères ou de commode), le bas du duplex très sombre qui n’a aucune ouverture sur l’extérieur et qui donne sur le hall, un canapé trop petit en haut, la salle de bains n’était pas très propre.
