Es un sueño , tranquilo , limpio , cómodo y las vistas de ensueño

Era nuestra primera vez en un apartamento turistico, nada que ver con un hotel, mucho espacio para nosotros, una bonita terraza, vistas a alhambra desde la habitacion y la sala de estar, bonitos muebles en la sala, mubles rusticos en el dormitorio pricipal, muchas flores en las macetas, incluido las plantas medicinales, barrio tranquilo, mucha vegetacion al lado, mucho sol, Darro a un minuto a pie, la plaza Larga con todos los comercios a 10 minutos andando, hay aire accondicionado - calefaccion en todos los espacios, hay quasi todos electrodomesticos necesarios - lavadora, horno, plancha, aspiradora, cocina tiene todo necesario, hasta sal, cafe, arroz etc... los amfitriones nos contactaban por telefono y hemos recogido las llaves sin problema...hemos prolongado nuestra estancia y somos contentos, si volvemos a Granada, mejor en un apartamento como ese
Leendo comentarios de otros clientes podemos decir que son utiles, si, los colchones son DUROS, pusimos 4 mantas sobre nuestro colchon para poder dormir, si, INTERNET falla y esta MUY flojo, sobre todo para alguen qui trabaja o quiere hacer una compra importante, falta dramatica de BIDE, sobre todo hay espacio para ponerlo, para la personas con dificultad de caminar no es reomendable - hay TRES niveles de escalera, la sala de estar es pequeña y bajita, las ventanas no protegen contra el RUIDO de la calle, el ruido de los vecinos del edificio se escucha mucho y el segundo dormitorio se queda abierto a todos los ruidos - la casa esta mejor para dos personas, o dos con un niño, la puerta de terraza se cierre muy mal y la puerta de la sala de estar no se cierre de ningun modo

La casa esta en dos alturas y tiene escaleras para subir a las estancias superiores, gracias a ellas podemos acceder a la terraza con vistas espectaculares de la ALhambra. This apt was beyond our expectations and just as in the pictures. Fully equiped including washing machine. The view was out of this world ! Great location and within walking distance to everything. We will highly recommend this place.

Payment for late check-in due to late arriving flights at Granada is unnecesarry as representative of owner just handover the keys to you and that it´s. Also, communication on English may be better.

After this the person who receives you has to make a night displacement, that´s the reason why it has an extra charge. Lovely apartment with breathtaking views of the Alhambra. Simply stunning.

Wonderful host and representative Alba. Both make you feel very welcome. Location is prime and priced just right. The view is outstanding! The number of bedrooms was double from our previous location and the view was even better. The price was actually much lower than the previous location we stayed at so we got more for our money here. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Granada is a beautiful place and this apartament location left us with a warm feeling in our hearts for Granada, Spain. It is only a 10 minute walk from the Moroccan tea houses area, which we love the most. It is only an eight minute walk down the hill to the town plaza nueva. This area has everything you need. You will have to walk up and down a cobblestone street / alleyway every day but it’s worth it. The downside is that not many taxis or Uber drivers are willing to drive you to your location because the streets are VERY narrow. There are other apartment‘s on this street it’s pretty much the same situation if you book on this popular street. Some taxi drivers will take you to your apartment, ours did on the first ride from the parking structure. Others refused. Parking structure “San Agustin” is only 11 minutes walking. Google maps will be your best friend! The place is very safe and even walking down the streets at midnight or 1 AM will give you no problems. In Los Angeles I would not feel safe walking down streets like this but in Granada you will be fine. I stayed at this location with my wife and two-year-old son and we had a great time. Our host was terrific!

The location was amazing, the apartment was clean, and the view was as advertised.

알함브라궁전이 보이는 테라스가 가장 큰 장점입니다. 테라스에서 알함브라궁전을 보며 맥주 마시는 감성이 엄청 좋아요. 숙소도 전반적으로 청결해요. 추천드립니다!
방음이 잘 안돼서 새벽에 지나다니는 사람들 떠드는 소리나 차 지나가는 소리가 그대로 들립니다.

Excellent location. Wonderful view and patio. Four of us in our group, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, we were very comfortable.

Ubicación excelente, detalles mejorables
Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación, también estan muy bien la limpieza, lo nuevo de la vivienda y mobiliario así como los detalles como el cafe, aceite, arroz, etc.
No había platos, había una invasión de hormigas en el baño que también te encontrabas en los dormitorios incluyendo las camas. Lo peor de todo es lo extremadamente ruidoso, se escuchan todos los sonidos de la calle durante toda la noche. También es un detalle feo y fácilmente mejorable que, teniendo en cuenta que el parking más cercano está a 25 minutos andando, no puedas dejar una maleta una hora más mientras limpian el alojamiento y tu das un paseo por el barrio, sobre todo porque hay que dejarla a las 11 de la mañana

Normalmente dejamos que los huéspedes permanezcan en el apartamento el tiempo que deseen en el día de su salida pero si tenemos una entrada necesitamos tiempo para limpiar y preparar el apartamento, como es su caso. Desafortunadamente, no tenemos un lugar para dejar las maletas. Le pedimos disculpas por el ruido, es algo que no podemos controlar, pero tenga en cuenta que el apartamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable, en pleno corazón del Albaicín con unas excelentes vistas a la Alhambra, lo que conlleva también que el acceso en coche es complicado. Espectacular la terraza con vistas a la Alhambra. Buena localización, a 13 minutos del parking más cercano.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for a family of four. The air conditioning was much appreciated. The patio provides a perfect view of the Alhambra, day or especially at night. Its located in the old part of town and car access is restricted, so a taxi would be recommended. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to people with no mobility restrictions.

Good facilities and the best balcony view ever. Nowhere was more than 10-15 minutes away. Wouldn’t suit anyone who was unfit or struggled with hills but we were fine.

Wonderful apartment, in a handy location with amazing views
The apartment was beautiful and we had a fantastic stay. The balcony was great - lots of sun during the day, big enough to fit 4 people around the table. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with equipment and it was nice to have basic things like oil and salt already there. All the apartment is really nicely decorated. The location is great, easy to cut down to the Paseo de los tristes and get into the city centre from there or walk up into the old town. Finally the views from the terrace, living room and front bed room were outstanding! Clear, fantastic view of the Alhambra
The beds were a little bit hard and there weren´t quite enough glasses in the kitchen but these are really tiny things.

Location can’t be beat. Amazing views of the Alhambra and very close to everything you need. We had delicious meals at El Trillo twice while we stayed here, and highly recommend it. Has a washing machine, coffee maker, and plenty of things to cook with. Beautiful space! Would stay again.

Am amazing apartment in the Albycin! Our family of 4 (2 adults, a 6 and a 7 year old) All thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We could walk everywhere we wanted. The space was clean and stylish. The shower was hot and The bedrooms were comfortable and dark and cool and perfect for taking daytime naps in. And the views of the Alhambra from the balcony — with or without — a glass of wine in your hand are spectacular.

Carlos’s apartment is absolutely beautiful, set in the most stunning part of Granada with phenomenal views of the Alhambra. 5-10 minutes walk from all the best spots.

We had 4 days in Granada and enjoyed every minute. This apartment is close to the restaurants, bars and shall shops. The walk was easy enough. 5-10minutes to everything. I would choose to stay here again. The apartment and the view was as good as the pictures! The host was very helpful in every way possible!!

Beatiful neighbourhood and oh that terrace. Every night, we got ourselves some spanish cheese, hams and wines and enjoyed the sunset. Absolutely amazing stay, thank you so much!

La situation. La terrasse. Les chambres, la cuisine et la salle de bains sont de bonne dimension. Le confort de la literie La propreté Et le professionnalisme et la souplesse de l´équipe Genteel home. Je n´avais jamais eu une aussi bonne communication avec le loueur.
Cette location est située sur une rue pavée et non piétonne donc malgré une circulation assez rare cela génère du bruit. Le living-room et la terrasse sont plus petits que comparés aux photos.

The appartment was great, especially the terrace with the wonderful view at the Alhambra was stunning. We will definetly come back!

This is a wonderful place with a wonderful host, Carlos. He went out of his way to communicate with us and to respond completely to any request we had. A perfect place to stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful view from the patio. The apartment is comfortable with every thing you need. The walk to the centre is approximately 15 minutes.

This apartment is in the Albaycin neighborhood of Granada. You will have an outstanding view of the Alhambra from the master bedroom and terrace. A wonderful neighborhood to wander, a 20 minute walk uphill to the Alhambra ticket office. We felt very safe the entire time even walking around at 1:30 am. Close to Plaza Nueva and the Cathedral, the location can´t be beat. You will encounter two stories of stairs, one to bedroom/bath level, and up again to the livingroom, terrace and kitchen level. Didn´t use the kitchen but it looked like it had all you need. Stylish livingroom is a bit small, but you open the terrace doors and double the size. Wifi worked great on both levels. We always had enough hot water for our showers (4 people). The place was spotless. Check in information was mishandled, but they rectified the situation quickly. If you go to Granada (and you should) this is a great place to call home.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carlos´s beautiful home in Granada. It is located in a charming neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from the city center and the view from the balcony is just unbeatable!! On the first night we found a restaurant, El Trillo Restaurant, located in the neighborhood (about a 3 minute walk) with the most amazing food we have experienced in Spain. We went there for dinner every single night during our stay. Highly recommend! Thank you again Carlos for everything:)

La vue exceptionnelle sur l´Alhambra depuis la terrasse vaut à elle seule le prix de location! Encore plus magique au crépuscule et le soir, lorsque l´Alhambra est illuminée - Appartement à deux étages (chambres et sdb au 1er - salon, cuisine et salle à manger au 2è) spacieux et bien agencé - Attention, les matelas sont durs. Ce qui pour moi est un avantage pour le sommeil peut tout à fait être une horreur pour d´autres dormeurs - La première chambre (lit double) s´ouvre sur l´Alhambra et les jardins, le chant des oiseaux le matin

Nous avons eu l´impression d´entrer dans l´appartement de quelqu´un (style airb&b) plutot que dans un appartement locatif, choix que nous privilegions. Cependant, la vue sur l´Alhambra demeure interessante.

Excellent apartment in an ideal location. Full heating and a/c. Any small issues handled quickly by Genteel Homes. As a regular tenant I strongly recommend this property. Perfect small terrace with marvellous views of the Alhambra.

Única pega: las escaleras. Deberían de ponerlo en la descripción de la casa. Algunos de mis amigos han tenido dificultad con ella.Los que dormían en el apartamento de abajo, tenían que subir 48 escalones para subir al salón.
A cierta edad esto se nota bastante.
Todo lo demás magnífico!!!!

Where should I start? Everything was beyond perfect! The flat is amazing with the most amazing view in entire Granada. We got greeted by Carlos, a very friendly guy. After the amazing tour of the apartment, he explained everything we can see and do in Granada. All time reachable. Definitely going back, with even bigger pleasure. Thank you for everything!

Superbe appartement idéalement placé avec une terrasse avec la vue sur l´Alhembra. Belle cuisine, salon, chambres. Nous étions que deux et nous avons eu beaucoup d´espace. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et nous le conseillerons. Possibilité de garage à coté.

Apartment location is superior and enchanting. While there on business, I felt as if I was on vacation in this majestic setting! WOW, is all I can say, the views, cleanliness and hospitality were great.
