La limpieza del apartamento, la decoración y tiene todo lo que oferta en su página.La ubicación perfecta.
No me gustó la limpieza del portal porque en la noche del sábado al llegar estaba llena de cucarachas( 6 o 8 por lo menos). Me dió mal rollo. Unos papeles en el suelo de propaganda electoral no se recogieron tampoco del portal.

Le damos las gracias por señalar la limpieza de nuestras instalaciones y la excelente ubicación del apartamento. Lamentamos sinceramente leer que encontró cucarachas en la entrada del edificio. Tenemos en marcha un plan de control de plagas regular y trabajamos duro a diario para evitar su presencia dentro de nuestras instalaciones. Sin embargo en ciertas épocas del año, en función de la climatología de Sevilla, la presencia de insectos en la calle es por desgracia completamente inevitable.
Una vez mas, le damos las gracias por hacernos llegar su opinión, nos ha servido de ayuda para conocer los puntos en los que todavía podemos mejorar la experiencia de los que vienen a visitarnos y realmente esperamos tener la oportunidad de darle la bienvenida de nuevo en su próxima visita a Sevilla.

Lovely place for our family of 4. Location is perfect as it’s a close walk to the main sights and restaurants. Very well appointed with Nespresso coffee machine and laundry. Check in was easy.

Bellissima casa su due piani, arredata con molto gusto, luminosa, con un terrazzo al piano superiore dove poter prendere il sole o mangiare (c’è sia un salottino per 4 perone e un tavolo per 4). La posizione è ottima, centralissima e strategica per vedere comodamente tutti i quartieri di Siviglia. La strada dell’appartamento è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, ma a pochissima distanza ci sono tanti localini e ristoranti dove poter arrivare velocemente. Sicuramente ritornei qui in un prossimo viaggio a Siviglia!!!

El apartamento está en condiciones impecables. Los colchones, las sábanas, las almohadas, las toallas, todos los electrodomésticos y los utensilios de cocina están en óptimas condiciones. Está muy bien ubicado, en un sitio tranquilo, cerca de buenos restaurantes y del casco histórico. Cuenta con aire acondicionado en todas las áreas del apartamento. Los anfitriones son muy amables y colaboradores. Se encuentra en un segundo piso y no tiene elevador, algo que deben tener en cuenta las personas mayores.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It was spacious well decorated and it had all we needed for our stay. The terrace was amazing and we enjoyed spending time there with our kids. The location of the apartment was great too. In the heart of the city just 5 mins walk from cathedral and with plenty of bars and restaurants around. We would definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed the location and the quality of the apartment and plan on returning.
Breakfast was not included. Location was superb. Kitchen was well equipped.
One bathroom did not have adequate hooks and the other did not have any and both did not have any space or shelving to place items.

Beautiful home! Two bathrooms, great private rooftop, very well renovated and decorated. Very ideal stay, short walk from many restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend.

Muy buen apartamento, con una excelente ubicación. La decoración de muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones son cómodas como en el hotel. Mención especial para la terraza accesible desde la habitación de arriba para un ambiente privado. Personal haciendo check in agradable
La falta de precisión en la reserva. En cuanto reservas y pagas te mandan un mensaje que te pide validar normas ultra exigentes: el hecho de que el apartamento esté en una residencia, lo que es el perfil y la edad de los viajeros, el silencio que se requiere desde las 23h y hasta que no se a qué hora. Me enfrió directamente y sin embargo no estuve allí para salir de fiesta. Hay que confirmar estas normas antes de validar la reserva. Si estás allí para divertirte evita. Lavadora que no funciona.. - Una sombrilla en la terraza sería perfecta.

Location is in the middle of a residential area; it is very nice since it is near different good restaurants. It is also walking distance to different attractions, plaza del toros (2 minute walk) cathedral, real alcazar (10 minutes). It is also near a market (2 minutes). Communication was easy; they responded fast and gave us tips on where to eat and where to go. The apartment itself is very beautiful. It has a modern design and is very clean. The only problem we had was the water heater. After one or two people take a shower, it takes a while before the water heats up again.

Veramente tutto bello, punto strategico, personale super. 5 min dalla cattedrale, 2 min Plaza del Toros, tutto raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi..
Unica pecca le scale, perché l´appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore.

Nice situation for a nice apartment in an quiet street closed the « plaza de toros » The well decorated flat is on two floors (1 bedroom with 1 private bathroom in each floor) with a nice rooftop where we were able to have a lunch. The open kitchen is really functional and offers us to eat breakfasts and some meals. For travellers with car, it can be difficult to park in this area.

Ideal The apartment was in a quiet residential street, an easy walk to everything we wanted. We were six adults for three nights and it was perfect, especially having two shower rooms and a very well appointed kitchen. The girl who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful and the box of pastries a nice touch. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit so we were unable to make use of the terrace leading from upstairs room but it would would be a fantastic amenity for most of the year. We can’t recommend highly enough. Only comment I would make was lack of hooks for towels or place to put toiletries in the bathroom, but barely worth a mention considering the positives

Wat plankjes bij de wasbak in de badkamer zou handig zijn. Nu moet je je spulletjes proppen op de wasbak en de WC.

Superbe logement tant sur la proximité que le logement lui même, je recommande!
Nous avons apprécié le logement car très propre et très bien équipé.de plus le logement est en plein centre Et à proximité des sites à visiter.
Le seul petit bémol concernant le logement est que les salles de bain manquent de rangements pour les produits de beauté .Dommage également qu il n.y est pas de parking au niveau de l établissement .certes il y a un’ parking proche mais c’est un coût supplémentaire. Autre point, nous avons séjourné 3 jours et la 2e nuit une voisine est venue interphoner à 3h30 du matin nous accusant de faire du bruit et la fiesta alors que nous dormions avec nos 3 enfants et notre bébé.le bruit venait de terrasses voisines .Du coup pas top car notre bébé s’est réveillé.nos enfants ainsi que nous mêmes avons flippé en pleine nuit, pas cool!

Nos gustó mucho que al llegar nos tuvieran el aire puesto y que la casa estuviera fresquita, lola un encanto.

Great Apartment Convenient to Many Sites & Restaurants
We loved the layout of the apartment + it had 2 bathrooms which was awesome. It had a great terrace on the roof & in addition to the tiny one off the kitchen & a little balcony on the front. The kitchen was nice & well furnished & even had a little bar with stools. We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to others.
Just that it was a bit pricey
