Este espectacular ático de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en la octava y última planta de un edificio ubicado en el histórico barrio de Echeverría del Palo, a solo unos minutos caminando de la playa.
Entrando al apartamento accedemos directamente al salón, con sofá, sillones, Smart TV y mesa auxiliar. Al fondo del salón encontramos una zona con mesa de escritorio. Desde el salón podemos salir a la espectacular terraza, a través de unas grandes cristaleras que dan mucha luz al inmueble, y que rodea prácticamente todo el apartamento. La terraza cuenta con zona de sillones, tumbonas y mesa de comedor para disfrutar del magnífico clima malagueño. Desde ella podemos apreciar unas vistas impresionantes del mar y de todo el barrio, además de los Montes de Málaga al fondo.

Tolle Lage mit Nähe zum Strand und Restaurants. Gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen. Schöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Wohnung großzügig, für vier Personen sehr gut geeignet, sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Umgebung war während der Woche etwas laut. Der Parkplatz ist nicht leicht zum einparken wenn man ein größeres Auto gemietet hat. Lebensmittel sollte man gut verpacken, da sie sonst Ameisen anlocken.

Further, the fridge was clean but stinky, the garage free, but narrow, the terrace large, but with quite low railing, heating radiators loose, chairs comfortable, but armrest broken (and hidden in cupboard), toilet seats soft closing, but not completely, hair dryer working, but only one time, power outlet not working, etc.
However, the WiFi was very fast and there was an IKEA bolmen booster for children.

The location, especially the deck, was perfect for a week to relax in a less touristy area as part of a longer trip. The kitchen had everything in it that we needed and more. A good grocery store is directly across the street, and there are many small fruit and veggie stores in the immediate vicinity. We loved it here, and could have easily stayed much longer.
The only thing that could have been better was the internet, but otherwise everything was perfect.
