Se trata de un magnífico apartamento situado en la calle Julio César, una de las mejores y más cotizadas de la ciudad.
El edificio en sí es muy exclusivo, pues aún habiendo sido restaurado hace poco, se trata de un inmueble centenario, con tan sólo un apartamento por planta, ascensor y altas calidades en sus acabados. Además la antigua Muralla de Sevilla (siglo XII) forma parte casi integral del mismo edificio, siendo este uno de los motivos por el que se encuentra catalogado por protección especial de Patrimonio de Sevilla.
Ubicados ya en la vivienda en sí, nos encontramos tras la entrada una gran cocina, con isla central, todo en mueble oculto y con magnificas calidades en materiales y acabados. Por supuesto está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario y con ciertos detalles que denotan la calidad y esmero en el cuidado de cualquier aspecto de la casa (cafetera Nespresso, batidora Smeg, etc.). Continuando adelante por la cocina, llegamos al salón, totalmente exterior, dando a la calle Julio César, con orientación Sur-Oeste, lo que nos garantiza muchas horas de sol entrando a través de los ventanales. Está decorado además con mobiliario de diseño y de alta gama, combinado elegantemente. Disfrutarlo en compañía es una de las mejores experiencias que nos brindará este apartamento.
Recorriendo de nuevo la cocina hacia la parte inversa, llegamos a la zona de dormitorios, ambos interiores pero con luz natural, y absolutamente silenciosos, lo que junto a la gran calidad de las camas, nos garantizará el pleno descanso durante nuestros días de vacaciones. Las habitaciones además miran hacia el patio interior donde se encuentran los restos de la Muralla de Sevilla, un lujo al alcance de muy pocas casas sevillanas. La composición de ambos consta de una cama de matrimonio de 1,50 x 2,00 y el otro de dos camas de 0,90 x 2,00. Las dos habitaciones se complementan además con dos baños completos, con plato de ducha cada uno.
La ubicación del apartamento es magnífica, la calle Julio César es una de las más demandadas por los sevillanos debido a la calidad de sus casas y a la categoría de la calle en sí. Se encuentra en pleno centro, a pocos minutos de los principales lugares de interés como la catedral, la Giralda o el Alcázar. Además en la zona hay un sinfín de pequeños bares de tapas, restaurantes, comercios históricos sevillanos, supermercados, etc.
Sin duda, en el apartamento Julio César se da la combinación perfecta para aquellos que buscan una estancia muy especial en Sevilla.

The apartment is very well located. It is quite easy to reach any interesting places from it. It is a modern apartment with nice furniture and a very well-equipped kitchen. Wifi is with proper speed. The apartment is clean. I was in contact with a lady on WhatsApp before arrival, We shared the time of landing and when we landed we exchanged messages and she was right in time when we arrived at the apartment. She provided us with all the relevant information we needed for our stay together with advice on where to go, with good tips for restaurants. She was very nice.

The location was perfect, this apartment met all our needs, it was extremely comfortable, very clean and it included all the facilities you could ever require to complete a lovely stay. The host was very welcoming and extremely helpful, they even kept in contact to make sure our journey went smoothly. Even in extreme heat it was lovely to sit in beautiful surroundings and cool off. The apartment on the website looks beautiful, but I have to say that in person this apartment is stunning! We would definitely come and stay again as we have fallen in love with Seville!

The man who helped us on arrival was very friendly and gave us all tips and a tour of the apartment. They would also have good contact and account with you before you arrive.
